Started hardly anybody in there, but local latecomers arrived, very friendly bunch, barman very good .

Fantastic time! Great drinks, the chap behind the bar, Noel, was very funny and helpful, and the pub seemed thriving! A throw back to a pub before lockdown, if you can imagine it!

It was busy with a midweek quiz and the atmosphere was happy and friendly. The barmaid was chatty and pleasant. She was sadly unable to pull me a decent pint, as the place had no sprinklers for the cask ales and a £4 flat pint was a bit rough.
This is a friendly pub, it serves good food and carers for all. From Friday to Sunday it comes alive with Disco, live music and other entertainment. It has a very active function room that gets very busy on a Saturday with young people from the town. It is also used by a lot of community groups for
Pub looking a little run down however we had roast beef Sunday lunch which was extremely good you can cut the beef with a spoon it was beautifully tender, seasonal locally sourced vegetables and home made Yorkshire pudding. Staff were helpful and friendly would go again
Been twice now for lunch, had the chilli which was to die for and had the cottage pie today. My friend has had gammon,egg and chips and today the yorkshire with beef all just amazing!
I have been recommended the lasagne of which a friend travels 8 miles to Have! Cannot wait to try.

Went there after someone had told me it was under new management, was not disappointed. The place looked loads better with a good crowd in there too.
An interesting pub, only stayed for one as we were off for a meal but it seemed nice enough, the barman was friendly and the beer good. Would visit again
Lovely staff and both meals we had were very good value for money. Very impressed and will definitely visit again next time I am in Brackley.
