What a spot! Called in at Windermere on our way back from Edinburgh and got a spot on the balcony at this fabulous venue. Brilliantly furnished and quirky look to the interior but the balcony and outside area doesn't need anything more than a table and chair because that view is enough! They had a singer on which was a great start to the long bank holiday weekend. We decided to try the food and ordered the veggie pizza, what can I say it literally was the best pizza to date! Loads of veggies and oozing with cheese! Luckily the sun popped out long enough to keep us warm too. If you're in the area give this cool place a visit.
Great bar, with a great view of the lake. We were lucky enough to go when they had live music on. Fantastic atmosphere. My partner and I decided to have a ‘snack’ and ordered some Pull Pork Nachos. Staff were very attentive, and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone going to the lakes to enjoy a couple of drinks here.
We attended twice this week, once just for drinks and second time had a pizza also. The pizza was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Quick service at the bar and a fabulous cocktail made by the wonderful and talented Valentino! Thank you x
Lovely surroundings. We sat outside as it was gorgeous. Good live music. Great views. Didn't eat there do can't comment.
The staff were nice, and the food came really quick. Drinks were nice and made a change to find non alcoholic Guinness.
We loved this spot for a wee drink or two and a bite to eat.
Vast range of beverages on offer and plenty of food options, too. The nachos were very tasty.

Awesome setting, the most amazing nachos eaten, so much sauce 😋bit pricey on drinks (bottle of Prosecco) understandably a premium spot but just a tad too expensive 🤷♀️ only being honest
Amazing views across the lake! We got the nachos for two and let me tell you we tried our hardest to finish them but we failed 🙈 beautiful food though

The live music can be questionable (we went there on a few after noons and some was really good, some less so) but the food was good, prices was a bit expensive, I'd say you're looking at London prices for the drinks - same for the food
But you get a great view and can see the military aeroplanes go past!
Great bar/restaurant, the staff were all friendly and welcoming. I had their chips and chip shop curry sauce, it was delicious. My partner had the Nachos, it was a huge portion she said they were amazing just missing grated cheese. I highly recommend 👌👌👌👌

Food was really nice, however one dish was wrong that we sent back, came back still incorrect so we just kept it anyway, how nice it was is the only reason it stays at 4 stars with the issue. The actual place is really nice, great place to eat and drink, with a conservatory type area and terrace with great views of the lake

First ever visit. There is a large bottom terrace and bar which must be buzzing in good weather. Today in late November we climbed the stairs where a second terrace leads to the inside bar. They had handpumps hidden at the back of the bar. (Same downstairs.) As I had already supped a few Loweswater Golds I went for Fullers London Pride. An all time favourite. Still good despite Asahi buying the Chiswick brewey in 2019. Food here is popular. About £13 to 18 for a main. Doing Sunday roasts. Does not have a pub vibe. Good bogs says Flat Eric. Big on the World Cup with fan offers Doggies get free sausages!
