Plentiful selection of Korean, Japanese and Chinese dishes. The menu was extensive so we asked for recommendations and went with Bibimbap, Katsu curry and salmon nigiri (see images). They came quickly and I’d rate the food 4/5 mainly because I wasn’t a fan of the Bibimbap beef - it was a little too
Spicy yangnyeom chimaek that was a revelation in Bowness-On-Windermere.
The decor is smart and the service sparkling. A revelation in these post Brexit days where one sees beloved eateries closing due to lack of staff.

The food is very delicious and has a wide variety. The style is beautiful. It is all freshly made. I highly recommend boiled pork slices and sushi. Sushi, in particular, tastes extremely good. The fish on salmon sushi is very fresh. I thought it was very greasy
Just been to West View and loved it. We had the Bento Box happy hour deal (5-6pm). Food was fresh, wonderful flavours, delicious. Staff were lovely and friendly. Nice decor, very clean and tidy, loved the Japanese tech toilet!! We look forward to returning on our next visit to the Lakes.

Food is great! Tablewares are very exquisite and the environment is excellent! They cook in the open kitchen so that you can see how your food are prepared.
Absolutely fantastic. Restaurant were very accommodating finding us a table on Saturday evening with a late booking. Staff were very helpful on navigating the menu options. Food was amazing.

Big fan of Japanese and Chinese cuisine so West View was a perfect choice and was not disappointed.
We had a Tempura King prawn starter a bit thicker batter than i have experienced before but very enjoyable. Mains was half duck and Chicken Katsu both very tasty and looked very appealing.

Not only is west view a complete 10/10 restaurant, it's one of the very best restaurants I've ever been to!

Trying to get booked in to a decent restaurant in the Lake District at this moment in time is very difficult due to the ever growing popularity of this place however, our timing a few days back was perfect as someone tipped us off about this new restaurant that only opened on the 22nd August so the
ONE OF THE BEST MEALS I’VE EVER HAD. I had the Bibimbap and, not only was it one of the best Bibimbap I have had, but one of the best meals to ever grace my belly. 1000% recommend. Perfect after a long day climbing
