Fantastic hidden gem in the middle of an old pottery factory (maybe not so hidden for the locals). Our waiter, Tom, was absolutely delightful and incredibly helpful. Big shout-out to the chef for wowing our taste buds with delicious vegan dishes. The standout of our evening was the polenta ragout wi
Wow! Such a nice charming relaxing place to eat..and the food is fantastic..and I am a fussy one when it comes to quality of food. The prices are the best you'll find around...and the desserts are well priced and big!
Went here after climbing on Dartmoor, highly recommend it. Super warm and cozy with a great range of vegan and gluten free foods too. It's tucked away in the house of marbles which was a nice surprise, we didn't expect to be going to a mini museum too. Great access and loads of parking, staff were w
Took the two boys (8 & 10) for lunch at this rather quaint & eccentric museum/shop/cafe/ celebration of glass. Great menu, loads kids / different diets, plenty of decent vegan options. (I had mushroom linguine, yum!) Nice kids play area with giant chess, tenpin bowling, climbing frame etc. Lovely fa

Bought some marbles and had a nice lunch on the way back from a holiday in Devon. Unusual place and a great find. The kids loved the marbles.
Busy venue. Seating isn't the greatest. Bench seating around the edge of the conservatory area is too high to be comfortable. Great staff.
Good food in a lovely setting particularly when the weather is good and you can sit outside. Interesting menu and good kids choices. Lovely puddings and cakes . Nice play area for children too.
Just love this place, been here three times now and the food is consistently good with good size portions.
A lovely atmosphere and very friendly, helpful staff.
If you want good service, good food this is the place.

Had a lovely evening meal last week. The restaurant is well decorated. Tom our waiter was really efficient and informative. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.
Extend your visit to The House of Marbles with a meal. Good selection for adults and children. Eat indoors or outside.
A very enjoyable meal a good portion for me but a man might find the size a bit small a bit more veg perhaps
Brilliant, unique venue, special vibe. Lovely service, but bring cash for tip🙂
After reading the reviews I was unsure but we went tonight and had the best time and delicious food, the staff were very friendly and polite , the place was very clean , so don’t always believe negative reviews you always get someone who needs to moan with nothing better to do, I go to a lot of resta
