Heard from a friend about Banoffee patisserie. So ordered a hazelnut cake for my boss's 25 anniversary. The staff was friendly when taken the order and when I collected. Let me tell you, the cake was a big hit!!!! Everybody loved it and asked where is it from. The price was not expensive at all! I was very happy with the experience in there. The cake was delicious!!!! Thank you! And will be back for another 1 next week!!!!
We had another cake as well. I just can say that it is worth every penny....

I ordered a cake from here and had breakfast the following two days. Delicious food, great customer service and a great atmosphere, I recommend if you're going down to Bournemouth. Halal.

I have been several times in this unique patisserie.We don’t live local but whenever we come to Bournemouth we drop by to have a coffee and cakes. My children love the cakes and the smoothie. I enjoyed my flat white latte and the Baklava and never been disappointed. If you are in Bournemouth and you would like to have a decent coffee, this is a place to visit. What is more, the price is fair.
Absolutely amazing, the flavours are simply amazing. Great place and very comfortable it's like stepping out of the uk great staff.
If only I could give more than 5 stars. Visted here 3 or 4 times during my stay and not once was I disappointed. This place is just amazing. Ice Cream full of flavour. Milkshakes are perfect, not thick and sickly like most places. Cakes are delicious. Smoothies are also really nice, great way to get the day started. Savoury options are tasty too. I didn't get a chance to ask but I think everything is made inhouse judging by the freshness and taste.
If you are nearby or anywhere on the jurassic coast definitely try this place. Staff are really polite and welcoming. Keep up the amazing work Banoffee Patisserie.

Extraordinary. Meets an elite standard by which you judge all other restaurants and desserts. The staff is always ready to help, the premises are extremely clean, the atmosphere is lovely, and the food and desserts is both delicious and beautifully presented. Would recommend 100%.

Such a wonderful cake shop! The staff are so lovely and polite and take really good care of their customers. We sat in and really enjoyed our cakes then took a whole banoffee cake home to share with the family. Everyone loved it and they were raving about it after. Also can't believe the price for what you get compared with similar. All home made as well, wish we lived closer!
As per usual, I'm never disappointed.
I discovered this amazing place during the lockdown ish period .Evry now and again I visit and try new cakes,cakes, slices or even food .Today, I've had the pizza and the ice cream .2 scoops actually:mango and mint chocolate .The staff is absolutely amazing, and it has a large selection of Greek and Turkish sweets and cakes and pastries .10/10 for sure .Next time ill post more pictures .Thank you very much
Great cakes, drinks and middle Eastern delights like the baklava. Great friendly staff too. All is good though one minor improvement could be to increase the temperature/ chilling of the éclairs/ cakes since they were a bit on the lukewarm side as opposed to cold. Overall however pretty much flawless!
I had the Almond Heart cake. Quite sweet, but very nice. Would have gone well with a coffee but I just wanted dessert. At £3.99 for most of their cakes, which all look amazing, it's not hugely overpriced. The atmosphere is nice and cozy and they had some background jazz music, which suited the venue well. The ladies in the store are friendly and helpful and gave us information about the desserts to help us decide. My wife had the tiramisu (no alcohol) and we noticed that they also serve gelato and baklava.
Staff are incredible - the cakes are amazing and the coffee was perfect.
We left a bag behind and realised about 30 mins later - the kind lady behind the counter had found it tucked it away safely and when I called could not of been more helpful - definitely worth a visit!!
