I cannot recommend highly enough!
Last night myself, my partner and my parents had a spontaneous meal out, and it was absolutely superb! For a Monday night, it was heaving, so that says it all!
The new menu is great and the food we ordered was excellent and so well presented, the setting was beautiful (we were lucky enough to get a table in the conservatory) and most importantly the staff were amazing. I have not had such good service in a long time. Holly and Freddie waited on our table and they were not only helpful, attentive and professional but they were hilarious! It’s so refreshing to have waiting staff with such personality, it really made our evening.
I think the refurb was the best thing that could have happened to this place and we will certainly become regulars now! I am delighted to have such a lovely place on my doorstep.

We went to the Riverside last night,really thought the place was great,such a good location for a decent restaurant and bar,I thought the menu was good with lots of lovely choices,both food and drinks,its hard to choose!
Food was good,service very good,lovely decor and views of the river we sat in the conservatory area overlooking the river.
Will definitely return and recommend to our family and friends!
Absolutely perfect. The staff, the food, the view, how they’ve refurbished the site. There is such a positive atmosphere amongst the staff and their determination to meet everybody’s needs is clearly an important aspect to the business. I can’t wait to come back. The lunch deal is a winner with a wide range of delicious dishes to suit everybody’s palette. The drinks I felt reasonably priced if anything, on par with competition. 2 for £10 on cocktails 12-7 Monday to Friday is awesome!!! Holly, our waitress, was so well informed about what food was/ wasn’t available so communication is very good between chef and staff. Thank you everyone. Keep up the good work. Have eaten here twice since the official launch and haven’t been disappointed. A beautiful location with a fantastic conservatory taking full advantage of the stunning view. An extensive menu offering the best meals I’ve had out in a very long time. Both times been served by Holly who’s been fab! Clearly some teething problems that can be expected from a new place that’s proved very popular. But I think once those problems are smoothed out then it will be hard to beat to this place for a great meal out �
Lovely decor, friendly staff and delicious food. I had king prawn, crab and chilli linguine. My friend had fillet steak and my other friends had chicken and leek pie. We all were impressed with the quality of the food. We will certainly be returning!
I came in tonight had a absolutely lovely meal with some family and friends, everyone left saying how great it was and how they would all go back. All of the staff were great and very welcoming, in particular our waitress Shannon was very helpful recommending food and drinks and done a great job, she made us all feel very comfortable and the service was top notch. We will definitely be back soon.
Well well tonight I came out to dinner to celebrate my mums birthday, and all I have to say is WOW.
What a great service didn't rush us but didn't take ages was just perfect amount of time.
Manager Gary looked after me and my family well! Shannon and jas gave us such a warm welcome with a lovely smile!
Monica looked after us all night and kept checking on us, couldn't ask for any better!
The meals was absolutely amazing, the pollo pizza I defo recommend! Well done team riverside!!

Great breakfast. Fantastic chef, lovely staff. So helpful and friendly. I told the team leader whilst I was in there. Shame we were in holiday, I’d go in there every day like we did on our holiday week 😊

Friendly service and clean restaurant food was tasty and very cheap big plus kids eat free over the half term will visit again
Great value meals and very quick service. Very cheap full English only £4.95 and nice coffee. Minus one star because I just had their new Xmas Yorkshire Pud wrap and on the picture it showed something green and some turkey, in which there was none.
Pleasantly surprised at how good my breakfast was here. The place was clean and the staff were super friendly, efficient and professional. I will be returning.
I popped in for breakfast with my mum and eldest son at the Old Swan branch. It was delicious! I had smoked salmon and scrambled egg bagel, my son had smashed avocado on toast and my mum went for the bacon and egg bap. Everything was cooked to perfection and piping hot too. It was so good we’re going again tomorrow! 5 stars.
Absolutely loved the full breakfast menu and kids meal , which is free when you spend over certain £, great in-store cafe experience, staff were polite and food served to your table without any hazzle and would recommend this place.
Lovely café with great prices. We visited the café both yesterday morning and this morning and the lady who served was very polite and efficient. Food was served within minutes of sitting down and was delicious. Table was cleared as soon as we had finished. Great service from those on the morning shift!

Lovely. Had a meal with my daughter, breakfast and kids pizza meal. Cooked perfectly. Staff very friendly. The lad Adam was brilliant. Will definitely come back

I would say it's best to go earlier rather than later, as in not nearer to lunchtime as I had 1 breakfast later and it wasn't as good ... mainly because they have to try to do breakfast and lunch... if you get my drift .
