Great customer service. Just oustanding. You wouldn't expect this level of commitment in a cafe not even in a top center of Bournemouth. And food, fresh, tasty, not like a massive production somewhere else. Just a great home kitchen You don't really see often these days.
Joe is amazing. Such a polite man who cares about his customers.
Never had a bad meal, always a well cooked traditional dish.

First time visit here but I'll definitely be back. Was greeted by the owner so nicely upon arrival and throughout my meal was so pleasant. Really nice tasty food for a good price. Keep up the good work & I'll see you again in future
I took my dad for breakfast on Sunday morning. The Village Bistro is spotlessly clean...the proprieter was attentive and pleasant and the 'full English' breakfast was lovely. We felt valued, welcome....and full up! You can't ask for more. Thank you.
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Had several breakfasts here over the past week. Would recommend this place to everyone. Will return on our next visit down south :)
It so much better now it being taken over by new management. The own is more friendly. The menu is still homemade. And now open later. It very popular with the locals. Which is on maen feet as Westbourne is just restaurants and cafes with some other shops. Each time I come in here is a different homemade food. For the price it good value for money. I have spaghetti bolognese which was £6.95. The most pricey a steak that was £12.00.
Very clean, and a lovely quick full english breakfast that catered to my vegetarian requirements. The man working there was very friendly, great customer service!

Superb place .First time I visited ,very clean and presentable and nice staff .We tried to go to the Duck but wouldn't let us in fully booked .I'm glad we couldn't get in .The breakfast here was superb ,clean presented well and plenty to eat .thankyou for a pleasant Father's day treat
