I would have expected a thicker patty at that price. The light below the eye level at tables are dazzling eyes, really disturbing but there are tables without them too. It is a big place for food and drinks. Good place if you have plenty of time to wait for the service and the bill.
Arrived late in evening, 9 ish, without booking. Was sat promptly. Food took a while but was worth the wait. With cocktails 2 for 1 a very good value meal in a cracking and clean environment. Deffo go again. Cajun pasta was awesome
We have had an amazing time the staff were so happy to help and were very friendly with such high food quality and amazing atmosphere love all the little bits and bobs scattered around the restaurant so cool also it was my misses birthday and they came out with a slice of cake for free and all sung happy birthday can't believe how amazing this place is hopefully see you again soon guys 😀
We all enjoyed the food - the vegan meatless chicken fajitas were delicious and got plenty of filling, I had to ask for extra fajitas to use it all up which they did for free. I was told the chicken wings were delicious too. Leftovers were kindly boxed up for us with some extra nachos chucked on. Downsides - the booth we were in was very dark, we used phone torches a few times to see what we were eating! Despite not being busy service was extremely slow and our request for some starters to be bought out with our mains was not understood, further delaying our food. The waitress was new and she was very nice but I really think they should have had someone helping her as it took over 2 hours for 5 people to be served, eat and pay for a single course with only one round of drinks when the restaurant was less than half full.
I love tgi I’ve been there so often and follow their tgi on insta and they dmed me 🫶 best tgi and their wings are so yummy also staff are really kind but they do get busy
Came for dinner today with a few of my friends and had a lovely evening, was greeted by a man on the door who I believe was the manager as he was the only one in a black shirt, he was very polite and welcoming. service by Phoebe was fantastic and nothing was too much. Drinks came quickly and food followed shortly after. Food was good, atmosphere was good. The music was decent and not too loud. Will definitely return, thank you
Was there this Saturday, despite it being busy and obviously under staffed, our server Daisy W was a total legend.. Attentive, polite and funny. Nice tats too. Real asset to the place.
Aside from the company I was with, she was the best part of our trip there.. Though the 90s classics playing to half the bar (not our half sadly) came close..

I’ve been to some fancy restaurants and eaten at pretty much every burger joint you can think of in the local area. The burger I had from TGI Fridays though seriously beats them all by a country mile.
The server we had was very quick and we weren’t waiting long for our food; about 15-20m from ordering. The food is reasonably priced and tastes great. I definitely recommend their legendary glaze!
Will be going again soon 😄

I had an excellent dinner at TGI’s yesterday evening. The burger was immaculate, perfectly cooked unlike the frisbees I’ve been served elsewhere. My partners chicken pasta was also excellent and very filling. Our server Phoebe was very kind, polite and attentive Would recommend to friends and family!
Excellent service, Rob has been very attentive during our bottomless brunch. One member of the party had allergies and they were very helpful in making changes for them.
Would return and recommend.
Visited with a friend in July. This an excellent well run eatery special thanks to our waitress Daisy and also Miquel on the cocktail bar a young Tom Cruise in the making with some amazing skills. He made us an amazing cocktail all in all we spent a very pleasant afternoon. Friendly staff always helpful an a credit to the Manager. The food was excellent especially the new Cheeseburger and the chicken pasta dish highly recommended and we will be back.
Had a great dinner here with a friend last Saturday - I had the Chicken Burger with Fries (definitely recommend!). We had a lovely chat with our waitress who was welcoming and helpful, I didn't get her name but at the bottom of the receipt it said Phoebe G. Will be coming again soon with my partner, hopefully we'll be served by Phoebe!
Came here without a booking (Monday 12th) - was seated as it was freezing outside, we did ask if we could sit somewhere that was warm - but according to staff there heating was not working they had heaters scattered around the restaurant (ones you would use on a building site etc), we was seated pretty much by the main entrance, had abit of a draft coming through and hitting us, there was a heater near us but we was still cold, had to put my coat over my legs to keep warm, my partner she did the same.
OTHER than that the food was delicious and definitely filling, my partners starter was over portioned compared to what tgi's normally do but she was happy with it, I had the burger pictured below, it was massive and it was a mission to finish but it did beat me.
From what I seen they was short staffed - but in all hospitality atm there are shortages whitch I totally get as I work in hospitality, staff was polite and professional.
Overall a reasonably good experience.
