This is my local Caffè Nero and I visit here at least 2-3 times a week on my way into work.

A nice little Caffe Nero this. H and I had been beating our feet around the Bournemouth shops and nipped in for a refreshment. The staff were pleasant, the coffee and tea were tasty and the ambience was 'coffee-house'. No complaints from us.
The only issue we had were the drinks being underfilled.

By far the smallest Nero ever frequented, but in no way lacking. The staff are courteous, and the cafe is very clean.
