An excellent, calming and tasty cafe! A great addition to the area offering a good selection of raw and vegan breakfasts and lunches as well as a range of smoothies and juices! A great place to chill out and eat. Looking forward to the extended opening hours and the front door!!
Sukha Lounge is a beautiful cafe! I had a fruit smoothie and raw snickers bar- both were so tasty! The Alan Watts quote on the wall made me love the place even more! Thank you Juliette, love and light to you <3

My friend took me here today to cheer me up. Experienced Tuna that isn't Tuna....pure witchcraft /genius & your chocolate ginger FANTASTIC, chocolate lemon next ladies ! A lovely relaxing warm place, will defo be coming here again.
I found Sukha perhaps by chance. I'm so glad I did. My wife and I have trouble finding good food whilst out and there are dietary requirements to take into account. I had the banana, walnut sour dough toast. Beautifully presented and the flavours had a little party. So nice, so filling. We also had the stacked pancakes. All I can say is, do it. Just do it. Also had an espresso smoothie and oatmilk cappuccino. Even though full, I had to try the courgette cherry cupcake. What we had was an absolute winner. Great food, great welcome and just a lovely looking, now local cafe!

Sukha lounge offers so many lovely healthy treats! I enjoyed the avocado toast and a turmeric latte. There are also lots of amazing raw cakes on offer. Sukha lounge is a lovely, relaxing environment. I will be back again soon!
Really tasty pancakes and teas we had never tried before! Kids loved the avocado chocolate milkshake, our brunch treat was a winner. Had a delicious slice of alternative chocolate torte as well.
Amazing food and relaxed atmosphere. A great cafe for all, whether you’re vegan or not. The coconut bacon is mind blowing!

Great food, great customer service and lovely atmosphere! I stop by here every Tuesday night on my way home for a delicious and healthy dinner. Food served almost instantly thanks to it being raw, so makes for a great quick break! Highly recommended checking it out if you find yourself in Boscombe or Southbourne area.
Sukha is a place that won’t please everyone but if you are into vegan food, or just simply like to take a break in the day, this place is so well crafted and there is like a homely feel to it that it will bring to you positive energy (they say!)
It is not cheap but this is not a chain, rather a sanctuary where food is loved so that we can rediscover taste, get filled up with good nutrients and taste new things you may never have come across (at least I hadn’t). Good luck to sukha, inspirational you are!

This place is a touch of magic from the minute you walk in. Im not a vegan but im not good with dairy or wheat. Im able to eat everything they have on the menu which tastes amazing! At last a place like Sukha!

Food is amazing but go there if you have plenty of time to stay. It usually takes very long for the food and drinks to come out
