Just visited for drinks, but the service was really good - happy, young staff who were friendly and helpful. There are two bars on different levels and both have a good atmosphere. Very central. I'd go again if I was in the area.
Great pub, nice decor, friendly staff, very cheap prices. Even get free drinks every Thursday for O2 customers.
Great pub awesome atmosphere went on a karaoke night it was fairly packed. I had to wait a little bit to get served but the girl who served me was really friendly kept saying sorry it took so long prices acceptable as you would find now a days friendly bunch of people in there lots of fun and singing never ate there so can't comment would deffo go there agian if in the area thanks for a great night love the out door space too it was well cool 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Very quiet when we arrived at 3:15pm. Had wine, but a little more expensive than the Wetherspoon’s. Had food, which was reasonably priced and all 4 dishes were very good. Place got busy after 5pm, due to live football. Great place, we will be back

Amazing food! Shout to the staff, a table of 15 people turned up and they didn't seem phased, we ordered our food before them of course 🤣

We went for dinner with a Groupon from a friend, we went to order and the lady said there was an issue with the Groupon and called the manager over. She was so helpful and patient. Can't thank her enough after a 45 min drive we were really starting to worry we would have to turn around and go home with my little boy. Would like to thank her again for all her help! Tye food was also delicious!
I was very impressed with the service provided by Courtney! She went above and beyond to help a friend of mine who I was with at the Pub and did not speak English well when he went to order some food and drinks at the bar.
Courtney was so patient, polite, and helpful towards him, that she came from the main bar to the top one to see what he was trying to order... He especially wanted his steak, kind of customized which she kindly accommodate... In addition, to bring the drinks to the table and always with a pleasant and genuine smile on her face. Something that you do not see anymore nowadays!
Employees like Cortney, deserve to be recognized not only for the excellent service provided but also for being so inclusive and diverse towards customers who come to O'Neills and are not fluent in English.
I come here often, as it is our local pub (Bournemouth), and always have a pleasant experience with the team.
The food, as well deserves praise, the steak was cooked to perfection as asked.

One of the best pubs you could ask for. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere. Used to enjoy a Spoons myself, but they're getting to a point of being just as pricey as here. So just suck down the extra quid for a good pint and stick your middle finger up at Tim Martin.
