Absolutely great restaurant. Do not pass this place up.
We were looking for a place to eat for Mother's Day and decided to pop in here.
We had 2 starters between 3 people and there was plenty to go around. I had some of the tastiest calamaris ever. The batter was cooked to perfection. No rubbery texture either.
Two of us had iskender kebab and the service was prompt throughout. The iskender was absolutely gorgeous and was served in a very deep bowl so there was so much there. I couldn't finish all of mine and even then we were given bread and salad included. Total value for money.
For dessert we had kurefe which is a sweet wheat pastry dish. Very nice but had to scrape off the pistachio nuts.
All in all between 3 people we had more than enough food and also only came to Β£53! For such friendly service, good food and 3 courses for 3 people this was an absolute bargain.
The only gripe was their card machine was broken but as the bill was such good value we had enough cash to afford it anyway.
Definitely one of the best Turkish restaurants I've ever been to!

The food was lovely .The restaurant was very clean .The food was reasonably priced Staff could be a bit more friendly ,having saying that the food all came out together and there was a lot off us so service was good

Amazing restaurant! Delicious food, excellent service, and cozy ambiance. Highly recommend! Not Over Priced we easily got parking outside and are very near to stores and pubs.

The Ali Nazic was good although I would have preferred to taste more the aubergine & have less yogurt & less butter sauce too.
I was offered to take the left over home & that was my lunch for the following day, I ate it cold & was delicious π

It's a great option for meat lovers, but they also offer delicious vegetarian dishes that are equally enjoyable, if not better. I intend to return and try more items from the menu. The service was excellent, with attentive staff members who were readily available to assist and provide recommendations.
We had a fantastic meal here on a busy Saturday evening. The food was amazing and the service was excellent not to mention great value for money. It was however, a little tricky to park as it was a very busy night on the high street. We'll definitely be back soon!
An excellent Turkish restaurant. Recommend to everyone. The food and ingredients used were of good quality. However, it can be busy. We were two people with my wife and there was an empty table when we went, but most of them were reserved.

A very busy restaurant, as soon as tables were unoccupied new diners arrived and a lot of tables were already reserved. Nice decor and plenty of tables. Friendly staff and delicious & plentiful food at a reasonable price. Well worth a visit.

Food just amazing ,nothing processed, if you like meat you are in for a treat. There are also beautiful vegetarian and vegan dishes on request. Aubergine is amazing.

Food amazing, a very wide variety of vegetarian and meat dishes available accompanied by various breads and dips. Highly recommended. Service excellent and ambiance very pleasant.
Since I am Turkish, we wanted to choose a Turkish restaurant. Everything we ate reminded us of Turkey. I've never eaten such delicious kebabs even in Istanbul. We recommend it to everyone! Especially the baklava and lahmacun are amazing!
Lovely place to go with friends for dinner. I almost felt like I was abroad (if you ignore the traffic on the high street). Food was brought out quickly and our whole table was filled with delicious chicken, hummus, sausage, salads, dips, and bread. Reasonable prices, relaxed atmosphere, great food.
Antepli is one of my favourites in the local area. I live that everything they cook is freshly done and you can see them cooking it. It does take time to come to you but obviously, it needs to be cooked and that takes time over a charcoal grill! The service is always brilliant. The salad is so fresh and colourful! The bread is always served warm and soft! I normally go for their lamb chops or the mixed platter. Carry delicious and authentic food. Definitely worth a visit.
Best Turkish Restaurant I 've ever been too! Meat was juicy, tender and so full of flavour! The service was lovely and very quick, loved the bread and dips! So good!Salad was amazing to and loved the tea they brought out at the end. I hope next time I get to try the rice pudding! 10/10 will be going again ASAP!!

3 months ago:Just did a table of nine, first time visit. The food is superb, and huge portions of everything. They happily give you leftovers in takeaway boxes - it's far too good to leave behind! Faintest quibble is that I would have liked to see the table cleared when we were all clearly finished. But would recommend - the chef needs an award!

But attention to detail and service once again superb. Every table taking home boxes of food. Everything, yet again, delicousl. Not a bad word to say.
Ordered a set meal for two and it tasted excellent. Every meat on the tray was well cooked and had a distinguished flavour. The cold mezze was delightful especially the salad and the red sauce (think it was a chilli base sauce). Excellent customer service, clean restaurant and we were served in no time. The baklava was not that great though, it was not crunchy and was soaking in syrup. Other than that, a great place.
I felt there wasn't enough room on the table to spread the food dishes out more to make it easier to take what I wanted without getting in other people's way who were at the table.
