We happened upon this place as a refuge as our car was dying and we didn't want to end up at the side of the road in the middle of nowhere 180+ miles from home. The staff and manager were so helpful and allowed us to use the facilities even though we strictly weren't customers. As it turned out we waited so long for subsequent recovery that we ordered some food to take out and it was delicious. The staff were just so helpful finding some take out trays for the salad bar and wrapping and bagging our food up for us.
We really would recommend this place and judging by the number of people in there it must be consistently good and as I have already said super friendly staff. Definitely somewhere to return to when next in the area.
Best food and waiters here so far. Went to other Harvester around here and this is better or maybe the best. Tasty food. I recommend the mixed grill with rib eye steak upgrade and peppercorn sauce if you eat a lot...
Anyone that knows me knows how fussy I am when it comes to food! We have just eaten thee best mixed grill. All the meats were cooked to perfection! I didn't even need my steak knife! Also how nice to see food back on a warmed plate and not a block of wood. I applaud the chef that cooked today. Great job well done! We will be back and we will recommend.
The food was so yummy, I like to go there occasionally. My favourite dish is Scampi with chips and my favourite pudding is Rocky Horror. The staff are keeping up with a good work.
have used Harvesters all over the country but the Cooper Dean is something different. The staff seem so much more welcoming and make you feel like old friends.
the food is the usual harvester menu but again, its cooked to perfection and is presented beautifully.
If you are in the area, i highly recommend the Cooper Dean Harvester.

Great good budget food, love the salad bar as always… super clean and sanitary. The server was lovely, can’t remember her name but couldn’t do enough! Food was good- got the ultimate grill which was huge. Majority of it was tasty but chicken was a little dry!
Having never been to a harvester before (at least as far as I can remember) this one was a great first impression.
The staff were all really friendly and accommodating.
As someone who likes a big burger, they have plenty on offer. Also plenty in terms of other big, meaty meals (and some for the veggies out there).
Unfortunately I didn't get in much from their salad bar due to my prior mentioned big burger, but there was definitely a quality selection for all tastes.
They also had naga sauce when I went which was nice and spicy, which was nice given so many places don't cater for those with spicier taste needs.
Overall, lovely place for a meal.

The Cooper Dean managed to cater for 14 as a last minute booking. The food was fabulous and lots of it. Our server was called Lucy who was lovely, nothing was too much trouble for her. She catered for us with a great sense of pride in her work, a great sense of humour and made us all feel welcome. Thank you Lucy you made our evening at cooper Dean very enjoyable. I would deffinately go there for a meal again..
I called the previous evening as there was 11 of us eating out and we couldn't find anywhere that had availability, however the man that took the call was extremely helpful and said he would squeeze us in which was much appreciated, when we arrived it was very busy so took a while for waitress to take our order, even though she was clearly rushed off her feet she was apologetic and friendly, nothing was too much hassle and she made us feel very welcome, food was really nice and great atmosphere, will definitely visit again

My friend and I had a wonderful time. The food was so delicious. We were given time to eat our meal without the feeling we had to rush. Our waitress was so hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble.
Deceptively large Harvester with all the standard stuff and menus. Perhaps not the best organised but food freshly cooked and hot. Menu includes quite a good set of veggie and vegan options. And of course the free salad bar (although the range is more limited than years ago) is always welcome
Haven’t been here for a long time, it’s clean enough, the serving staff are very friendly the two guys we had serving us couldn’t be more friendly and helpful absolutely brilliant.
However can’t say the same for the front of house guy whom I assume was the manager.
The food was good the kids had good time I was a bit annoyed with the arrangement and found they could have done this better.
We booked for breakfast with Santa for 11:30 only to be told once we got there Santa was leaving in 15 minutes and breakfast was stopping at 11:45. I can’t understand why take a booking for 11:30 if you can’t meet the expectations, instead the kids saw Santa and we stayed for lunch.
If you’re having the ribs be mindful you will get more bone than meat it’s no where near the ribs I’m used to.
On the whole it was busy a steady turn over not bad if you like the harvester, the salad was good and their understand if allergens is very good.
First trip back to a Harvester in a while as we had a bad experience a few years back. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely return again. Lovely tasty hot food, generous portions and the salad bar was well stocked. The waitress Elina was very friendly and provided us with great service. 3 of us had 2 courses and unlimited soft drinks for £68 👌. Thankyou!
So my visit was in between Christmas and the new year and the welcome was great. Thank you team Cooper Dean. The food was freshly cooked and served swiftly. Terri clearly takes customer service to the next level. Polite, friendly, funny and attentive. Top marks Terri. We like you.

After battling through traffic for eternity and feeling somewhat stressed we stopped of and had a lovely meal. The food was great well cooked good portions sizes and Jordan who served us was the best... My kids want to go back just for her...
