In a nutshell, the most dangerously good pub in Bournemouth. Pull up a chair and I shall explain why. Firstly the beer. Well... there's far too much choice from much too well researched breweries from all over the world, one would be tempted to drink them all. The fridge has far too many beers that I wanted to drink and at very reasonable prices. And how can there be ten taps without a single duffer, kept absolutely superbly? Next, the barkeep. He was far too enthusiastic and knew far too much about the beer he was selling and even poured beers according to the individual brewers specification in the correct glass for the style of beer. When this didn't happen, we were allowed and trusted to take the bottle to pour in the way that we wanted. The décor. Far too much to look at and clearly far too well sourced. The music. Well there was an actual human DJ who played exactly what was advertised and responded to the needs and requests of his customers. Seating. We were very disappointed to get the exact seats for the night that we wanted and be spoken to by the clientele so respectfully. Overall experience. It was far too good in there and my bank manager has told me not to go back, but I fear I may have to disappoint him. Easily the best pub in Dorset. Dangerously good - I'm glad I don't live too near.
Excellent welcoming pub for the US traveler. Fantastic fresh food and great spirits and beer. Highly recommend this. Memorabilia such as a hand signed BB King guitar and Counting Crows guitar. Seems like a metal music joint with visiting artists. My son would love it (please like and follow Desecreate Ethereal in the US on FB). A gem of a find!
Best bar in Bournemouth without a doubt. Staff is amazing and customers are some of the greatest folks you will ever meet. Did I mention they have the best beer selection in the city with killer music?
Great bar with great music. All staff (Lee, Emily etc) are a privilege to the triangle community. They have a great selection of drinks and a friendly approach to customers. I would defiantly visit here in the future. Doorstaff are very welcoming and Gary goes the extra way to ensure we have an enjoyable time with no unexpected trouble.
This has become a pub of choice for me and many of my friends. Welcoming, great staff, cheap drinks and a great cellar style bar plus really good innovative sounds and entertainment. Even the food is plentiful and well constructed, interesting if traditional fare. Well worth a visit even if the average age goes up when you go in!
Introduced by good friends to this friendly pub that do the best Sunday Roast, excellent value for money and becoming a regular visitor
I've just spent an inordinate amount of time over the past 2 weekends in this debauched hostelry. The drink is too nice, the bar-staff too friendly & helpful and the music generally too excellent - and on top of this there's a seemingly endless flow of interesting characters to keep you entertained. Beats the living shit out of EastEnders! :D

Called in for a drink. Loved the atmosphere and the music. Didn't have any food. Would have liked to call in at night for live music but we were going home the day after
Third year coming to Bournemouth second time in The Four Horseman. Found by accident but glad we did. The staff are awsome and the roast Sunday lunch was amazingly good with fresh veg, yummy 😋 highly recommended 👌
Support your local business. Good beers and cocktails (a list as long as your arm) at a good price. Food is nice too especially the sides and starters. Bar staff are always very chilled and want to help and on a Thursday you can go downstairs and watch some young people mix jungle and DnB for several hours. My fave weird odd pub in Bournemouth. One of a kind

A retro 90s pub.
At least 20 different beers on tap.
Pretty basic inside but just what you need🙌
Stopped in for something to eat before going to a show in the evening, and found this place kind of by chance and was drawn in by the vegetarian/Vegan offerings on the menu. The food was pretty good and there was definitely a lot for what you pay. I got the vegan not-dog with chilli and cheese and you could tell the chilli was home-made. It was a shame it was just sliced vegan cheese on the top and not grated as it might have melted better and been easier to hold, but that's literally my only comment! The vibe is cool, really 90s and retro, and the offerings are really wide, and the IPA onion rings were definitely smash hit!
Nice place with free wifi and friendly service. Good tap selection and a well stocked beer fridge. A half pint was 2.50
In a town with very few independent pubs this is a great, 90s-inspired retro bar and kitchen. I loved the alternative decor, especially the upstairs murals.
Friendly staff and a huge selection of craft beers, ciders and spirits. Would love to be here when live music starts up again!
Has entertainment every night varying from quiz night to live bands , Thursday night changes entertainment on a rotating 4 week cycle, quick service on food and value for money. Atmosphere lifts after 10pm open till 2 am Thursday to Saturday. Well worth a visit.
Haven't been in since the refurb, and while I wasn't quite sure what to expect I was pleasantly surprised. Great range of cool craft beers on tap, which was a winner for me, and the Sunday karaoke night that we didn't even know was on made for some great entertainment 😁

Good selection of spirits, beers and ciders, good people, good staff, and (usually) good music. Haven't eaten in here yet but the food always looks good, the only gripe I have is that you have to stagger upstairs to use the toilet. Other than that a really good pub.

A delightful little pub on outskirts of Bournemouth town centre. Quirky and cosy interior and a fabulous range of spirits especially rums and gins. Only negative was the very small range of real ales, especially pale available on tap. Although plenty in cans.
We went for quiz night and that was good fun! Staff were very friendly and could take banter. Large selection of craft beer and other drinks. My partner had a massive burger and delicious onion rings, very reasonably priced. Only thing is the pub is very small so make sure you book in advance. We loved the vibe, we'll be back soon.

They have a wide range of drinks including craft beers and fruit beers. Crunch from Hammerton was amazing. Fruli was tasty.
Great pub food was delicious and the alcohol milkshake was amazing, if your in the area well worth a visit.
Great selection of ales. The food menu looked good, although I didn't try it.
Lots of beers on tap but probably only one or two that were unusual. Interesting place, friendly barman. They do Sunday roast amongst other foods and I probably would have eaten here if we'd arrived a bit earlier. Definitely worth a visit.

Loved this little pub. They sell Tiny Rebel & its very friendly. Decor is cool & quirky. Will return. Sunday Roast £8!
