We loved the fact we could take our dog here. The waiters were so friendly. The food was tasty it was just a shame that we asked for things like tap water for the table, cheese and these kept getting forgotten. After asking a couple of times they did get brought to us. My pasta was delicious and piping hot and my biscoff cheesecake was tasty.

Good location and close to the beach. Hearty Italian food served warm and promptly. However, food can be a little too salty. Portion were just right for us.

Fantastic food as usual for a prezzo, but the staff at this restaurant are so friendly and accommodating that it bumps it to 5 stars for me! Even during the busiest time when we didn't have a reservation they found us a table and service was speedy, personal and friendly. I would recommend going later in the evening if you want to dine without every child in Bournemouth though! ๐
Great customer service, food and drinks were well prepared and tasty. Good value for money, and they are able to apply the NHS blue light card discount.
Overall great experience here and we did not book and arrived quite late during the evening 30 mins before closure, so appreciated them accommodating.

We went to the Prezzo branch on Westbourne Road, opposite the Royal Bath Hotel and very close to the Pavilion Theatre. (And the B.I.C). Friendly, helpful staff, delicious food. We've been here several times for a pre-show dinner and it's always good. Even better if you exchange some Tesco Clubcard vouchers which you can use towards your food!
Fantastic service Bart was our waiter and he was very friendly and welcoming. Me my wife and son had a lovely lunch together today. The food was with us in very good time and the restaurant was clean and tidy.

Our entire stay was amazing top to bottom. The servers were quick and efficient, our drinks and food were brough out quickly and the food was warm and delicious.
Great food, the Calamari was delicious. Waiter was pleasant and attentive without being annoying. Prices are reasonable and the overall experience was relaxing. Would have given 5 stars had they not taken my fork from my starter and put it back on the table for my mains.

Love the place from the moment we stepped in we were greeted politely and the gentleman had a lovely smile on his face. The staff are friendly polite and vibrant. The service is top notch and the food well it was darn right delicious compliments to the chefs
