Had my Hen Weekend in Bournemouth and this place made my hen! Cocktail making was brilliant with danil (sorry, if spelt wrong!). All staff was friendly. A special mention to the bouncer, Daniel, who went beyond what was expected. I would email directly to ensure he gets the recognition he deserves. The second night, we all agreed our last night had to be at the Slug and Lettuce! Brilliant place, lovely cocktails and friendly staff. When I go Bournemouth again, I will def visiting again! ���
Very pleased with our visit. We booked the cocktails and platters for a Hen weekend and it couldn't have gone any better. Lovely chap did the demonstration (Deneil I think, apologise if that's spelt incorrectly) and the food just kept coming, which was tasty and well presented. The staff were lovely and were even kind enough to make us up some doggy bags, even though it was a super busy Saturday afternoon, thank you �
Great place, friendly staff, brilliant balcony to drink, eat and people watch, and if your lucky like we were the sun was out and we got sun burnt. Definitely go back there again 👍

I had my birthday meal here last night, I always pick S&L! I love it here!! The food was amazing! The cocktails are great and the staff very kindly put balloons and banners up.
Our waitress was so lovely and chatty and was so good with doing our bills all separately.
A great way to end my birthday! I'll be back soon!!! ��
Great food , good cocktails friendly staff including 'The beast' . It was fantastic for our leaving do.
Loved the food! I was with a party of 5 and all of us complimented on how tasty it was. There were a few drunks in (and it was 7pm which we thought was a bit early) but that's hardly the restaurants fault. Maybe just the staff cutting back on serving some customers who have clearly had one too many!!
Booked my sisters hen do with you guys we had it saturday evening and we all had the best time and such a laugh! Just want to say a massive thankyou to casey aswell who did the cocktail masterclass he was such a laugh! Thanks again

Just had lunch with my three children. Charlie was our waitress was so lovely and gets 5 stars for fantastic customer service.
Really friendly staff, nice and clean inside, smoking area outside was a great idea as you could sit and drink and smoke outside, we had a very enjoyable evening there and would thoroughly recommend. The doorman was friendly and helpful, smiled a lot too which was a nice change! Xxx

As a group we attended S & L for the bottomless brunch in celebration of a joint Hen and Stag do for my best friends. Other venues were not able to accommodate a party of 14 so we struck gold by booking here - and from this point it only got better. Although on arrival the previous booking were still finishing up (not a problem as having worked in hospitality previously I know how hard it is to try and shift a group who love a boozy brunch!) it took only a few minutes for the brilliant Manager Daniel and his team to get the table flipped and ready for us.
As soon as we were sat, our Waiter Drew took our drinks orders... and they didn't stop coming - it was GREAT! The service was brilliant, food was incredible (so much so that I ate my friends too) and as the night went on the vibe of the place got better and better.
Initially planning to see what else was about in Bournemouth it was a no brainer to stay where we were, and again thanks to Daniel and the team, who managed to find us another spot to accommodate us staying.
If you are planning a special occasion, or just need a good blow out, I cannot recommend Slug and Lettuce on Richmond Hill enough. I miss it already.

Really cracking value, came on a wet Thursday afternoon for a bottomless brunch. Was greeted quickly and effectively by the lovely Libby who took us to our table and got the prosecco in. Between herself and Chris the service was cheerful and drinks were forthcoming (unlike many so called bottomless deals). Really good time was had, great first date 😉

Came here last week for a bottomless brunch and had a brilliant time. The service was great and all 6 of us had 2 drinks in front of us continually for the whole 2 hours. The food was great, cocktails 🍸 brilliant and David our lovely server really looked after us and made sure we had a fabulous time. Would highly recommend this place for a bottomless brunch 😁
We had a wonderful time at bottomless brunch to celebrate my birthday. Our server Chris went above and beyond making sure to deliver great service by coming to us often to take our orders. We received our food and drinks very quickly. We found it very good value and we really enjoyed ourselves! Would love to do a bottomless brunch here again soon!
I visited the S&L in Bournemouth with my wife as it was our anniversary weekend. Started off with a Bloody Mary, followed with an espresso martini, mojito and a few other drinks and a 3 small plates deal. We were served by and the first few drinks made by Drew, all really well made and very tasty, some of the best cocktails I’ve had!
It’s 2 for 1 cocktails all day pretty much every day so that’s a win.
It was early on a Saturday so quiet when we arrived but the place steadily filled throughout our visit.
I’m local, I’ll be back again…
Fab service by Danny who was helpful in suggesting menu items and cocktails. Loved the flamingo What The Flock drink. Felt very well looked after.

Very accommodating with the food and Sam was the best host! He really listened to what we were after. Seasoned professional for sure, what really recommended to anyone coming for a bottomless brunch. Genuinely out done themselves with service we have received. Could not have asked for a better host, thank you for the lovely celebration!

Sam was amazing at bottomless and service was quick and really fun! The food was amazing and juicy, freshly cooked. The hosts were quick at doing responses to empty drink and it was a constant flow, very worth the money! Thank you Sam for a great night, you smashed it.
Gabs and Danny were fantastic servers. They kept us well supplied with our cocktails for the bottomless brunch. Food was great too. Would definitely go back!
Chris B was one of the best waiters I have ever EVER experienced in my whole bottomless brunch career.. so attentive and caring to not only our table but notably to tables around us. Ten out of ten WOULD munch again 🥰
Very welcoming atmosphere and also friendly staff Josh, Molly, Gaby, Tom & Ben. Plenty of seating for the whole family and I visited alone & ordered from their lunch date menu scampi & chips with came with peas and accompanied with tartare sauce and bread & butter and a point of Peroni. There is a fully stocked bar & 2 - 1 cocktails. Would highly recommend if you are in the area to visit for yourself.
Had a wonderful time, first time in Bournemouth, came with a couple of friends for food and drinks. We were served by Libby, really cheery and friendly. The food was spectacular, ordered a peri chicken and it was delicious, thank you to the kitchen staff Henry and Lucas. Thank you slug, will come again.
Very good service, I believe her name was Gaby, she was so enthusiastic and is really good at what she does.
The kitchen got the food out very quickly so props to the kitchen team, food was perfect would recommend for people to try.
