Best noodles I have ever had.

Large portions and superb flavours.
We took some away with us which did for lunch the following day.
We hadn't booked, as had just arrived in Bournemouth, but they happily accommodated us with only a half hour wait.
I would highly recommend this place. Big plus plus serving and worth the price. Dont eat breakfast and lunch if you are planning to have your dinner here.

Great service and tasty food at fantastic value. Be prepared to bring an appetite; the portion sizes are quite large and photos don’t do it justice. Overall I would come back again and recommend to others.
This should be my third time exploring Noodle Bar, and I always have a good yummy meal. Most especially when their customer service is on 💯.

Great value for money here you get so much for your money. I did however get a hair in one of the starters.
They replaced it but didn’t apologise & it was still on the bill. Love the idea of the make your own ramen/noodle bowls. Pulled pork was beautiful however I did prefer my partners. Katsu Chicken and satay sauce.
There was that much that we had to bring it home. We were had enough to eat some that night and for lunch the next day.

The place is cute and the service was good. I ordered the soup with roast duck and uddon noodles, it was AMAZING!!! The portions are big for the soup and the noodles so if you don't eat much you can share it, the curries were a regular portion. Loved it! Will definitively go back.
Amazing food and massive portions, the quality of food was superb, and the setting and atmosphere was very aesthetic.
There were gluten free options for the noodles, and other allergies were catered for.
Only slight downside was that the waitress refused to grant us student discount to the remaining members of the group who hadn't paid, we were paying separately but once one person had paid apparently we couldn't be granted student discount for the rest of us.
Other than that would definitely recommend!
Huge portion, had to pack it home. Good quality meal. Should have requested to remove bean sprouts though. There were a lot in my noodles, which was a bit annoying but it was my fault of not requesting to avoid it when I ordered. They also offer student discount without having to ask for it.
Brilliant place to eat, great food and friendly staff. Offered takeaway boxes for any food not eaten which I like. Except for us it seemed to be mostly young people eating there.
Great decor and interior, tasting food with a lot of options to choose from as base, toppings and preparation.
Do note- their bowls are HUGE so I’d recommend ordering 1 for 2 people first and then see how you feel. Fast service and tasty food.
Huge portion sizes for a fairly cheap price - less than £15. Has lots of customisation options to choose from for every part of the meal. Service was very efficient despite being busy. Only drawback was that the toilets were not very clean and quite dated. Other than that a positive experience and would recommend.
My family and I arrived just before 6pm with no reservation and managed to get a table straight away. The service was quick and the food was delicious.
There are gluten free options and veggie options too.
I would say if you have a small appetite you could easily share one dish for two. The portion was so big for me I took the rest home.

Good if you want plain tasty food. It's expensive for what you get, but you do get a massive portion so it's worth it. The noodles are tasty, very plain with minimal vegetables however.
Surprisingly good. Simple food well done. Probably would have preferred a table that wasn’t sticky but we were in desperate need of somewhere to eat with no notice at nearly 9pm.
Staff were all really friendly. Food was well cooked and huge portions!

Pleasure experience and I really like how they served us. Stuff cordial and ready when you need it. The location is nice and the food is marvelous for the price that they offer. Big portions and good quality and the fact that you can create your own bowl of noodles is marvelous. I wish to see on the menu more reccomandations because if you never been there, you will get lost at first. Be ready to ask for advice, they will help you for sure. Really recommended to go with friends and family!
EDIT for the reply to the owner: adding some recommended combos of the dishes on the menu ( not only the picture, but what it is actually the combo) and a better way to show the type of the noodles. I noticed that some type of noodles are better with soups and someone are better with stir fry. I didn't notice the picture until the until the waitress pointed it out unfortunately. Maybe something to hold the chopsticks when you finished to use the dish is good instead of putting them on the towel. For everything else is perfect and I really liked the experience.

It was lunch time on Sunday and the restaurant was fairly busy.
The staff were nice and friendly.
I ordered jasmine tea and was a bit confused at how they served the tea. There's a filter with tea leaves inside a glass. I just never seen anywhere done it this way before so a new experience I guess.
We didn't wait long for the food.
I ordered salt & pepper squid for starter and got plenty squid. The squid was chewy and went well with the sauce that came with it.
I like noodle bar's menu of letting the customer choose how they like their noodle and keep it very simple.
For main course, I had roast duck udon noodle with oriental soup. The bowl was huge! Lots of noodle and big chunk of duck! I'm not really a big fan of oriental soup though. I think it's a little too plain, only salty but then you can ask for more seasoning so it's not a big deal.
One of my friends had plain stir fry katsu chicken thin egg noodle and other one has katsu chicken curry with rice. They said they really like it. The katsu chicken was nice and crispy.
The toilet was clean. Although, one of the cubicle wasn't lock properly.
I also like that it make it really easy for you to pay when you go as a group. You just have to remember what you order and the lady was happy to separate the bill for us.

Very nice food, fresh, large portion. Very friendly service. I had the Chinese curry with chicken and coconut rice, I don't like very spicy food and this was very delicate actually not spicy at all. Highly recommended 😋❤️
