Warm welcome upon arrival & sat outside because it was full - luckily it was a sunny day so sitting outside was ideal. The chairs & tables definitely need replacing with something more comfortable as they were really old & rusted (and I don't mean the trendy/vintage type). Service was good/friendly.
It's so lovely clean and very welcoming place. Breakfast such a good range and cooked to perfection. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Even when we turned up much later than planned. Still made to feel welcome. Cannot wait for our next trip already booked x
Nice place and reasonably priced. It feels likes it's in the middle of suburbia, but just a 5-10 minute through a nice park brings you out at the beach. The room was comfy and clean. The owners were pleasant and welcoming - and the full breakfast was very good.

I love this place. The food is amazing, they have great gluten free selections too. There is always great cakes and a lot of different teas to choose from. Teresa and Zac take wonderful care of their customers too. Highly recommended, one of my favourite places to eat out.
Fantastic breakfast. Quality ingredients and perfectly cooked. Amazing range of teas. Will be going back to try all the different breakfasts on the menu and the komubucha (fermented green tea).
The living room is in the back roads of Westbourne. It's very easy to find but only has about 4 parking spaces, and finding one in the surrounding roads can be tricky.
