We had the pleasure of eating here and what a great choice it was! The staff were very welcoming and friendly and had us seated promptly. The chef was happy to accommodate our request to mix different types of pasta with sauces and the chicken Milanese was delicious. The food was delicious and altho
Delightful, unassuming, independent restaurant. I had the spaghetti carbonara, which was done just right. My sister had the fish, which she very much enjoyed. Bruschetta starter, mains, dessert and a decent bottle of wine came in at under £40 a head. Service was friendly without being overfamiliar a
We recently attended here, the staff were lovely and accommodating. The restaurant is small but atmospheric. The penne Motradini is just fantastic! Portions could be slightly bigger but the taste was out of this world!
Though they were busy, they accommodated us, we were in for a quick dinner before a show at the Old Fire Station. Pizza and risotto were delicious.
Good pizza, a bit crispy and thin like northern Italian pizza. Overpriced sharing platter, bad olives. Cheaper beer unavailable. Table service added to bill.
Food was pretty good! Very convenient location. Calzone was lacking in flavour but the seafood was lovely. Staff were fantastic and always had a smile. A little pricey but you won't break the bank here. The menu is huge so be prepared to sift through it. Overall it was a nice experience but nothing
Excellent service, lovely food. Staff were great. Felt really safe in the current climate. The restaurant are taking every precaution. They can. The food was excellent again, recommend to all
Lovely little local Italian restaurant - as it states on the board outside oldest in Bournemouth apparently! And boy does it show, we only had pizzas but they were outstanding. Super authentic and the tomato sauce base was really good. I had the seafood pizza and the seafood tasted really fresh. The
Nice food pizzas are all sour doe. Nice selection off ciders. Great food bit on the expensive side.
Superb food and extraordinary service, we make it a point to stop here for dinner when we are in Bournemouth. On the evening we were, they didn't open until 6pm, but worth the wait despite having to rush for the train.
Really a very nice restaurant, excellent food, excellent service.
Dined in this evening with no plans and these guys made my evening fabulous. Ordered a pizza and a starter, tasted sooo freshhh and yummmm. Will dine in often as I live a street away. Undoubtedly The Best in Bournemouth!
Visited for the first time with friends. The service and the food were both really good. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere inside.
What a really enjoyable evening. Well worth a visit after the recent refurb and new menu. Delicious choice. Micaela the lovely waitress was very kind and attentive making all the difference. 5 stars well deserved.
A wonderfully authentic Italian dining experience . The service was great , the music was perfect . An excellent range of cocktails . Best breaded mushrooms I’ve ever had . Loved the food . Looking forward to visiting again soon. Perfect for a romantic meal or with friends or alone.
Ordered the two course during lunch time for about 10 quids, the food came rather quickly, however I didn't find it worth the price as the quality of food lack effort to make it better. The fettuccini ragu as alright but not as flavourful as I would expect. Service is about average. Could have nicer
This is a great restaurant for a meal with friends and family. Food and service were great and a place to return 😊
Delicious authentic Italian food, attentive staff with great decor. Definately recommend!
