We had a lovely afternoon tea here.
Great value for the price. I had to eat a glutenfree one as I am celiac and I had no problems after eating what so ever. So thank you.
I came here with my wife and it was an absolute beanfeast. Classy environment, smooth jazz and great afternoon tea options. I would recommend this place over others. £20 per person.
Our hotel has a leak, we found ventana grand cafe last minute for dining options. They were very good to confirm our reservation so near to closing time. Salmon steak with scallops were delicious. Child friendly also. Daughter enjoyed herself.
Came here with my partner. The afternoon tea here was heavenly and the staff were so friendly too. The jazz music in the background added a lovely, classy vibe. 100% recommend!!

This is one of my favourite restaurants in the Bournemouth area.
I recently visited this lovely venue & was not disappointed.
The service is not what it was before Covid - something noticable at most restaurants these days. & always depend on how busy they are at the time you book.

We had dinner here one evening. The food was delicious, and the portions so big I couldn't finish mine. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive. I thought it a bit on the pricey side, but as it's the first time I've dined in a hotel restaurant since 2020, I could just be a bit out of date. All in

I recommend to visit towards the end of a summer day when the sun is loosing its power but it's still warm enough to sit outside. Tasty dishes, signature cocktails, attentive staff and loads of special offers throughout the year.

Early afternoon\late lunch
I had the belly pork and it was excellent. A meaningful serving of green vegetables. Both plenty of berries in the jus, AND slices of apple. Mixed beetroots as the carbs. Very tasty, well prepared, and a reasonable price at £20 given the location and economy.

I had a lovely meal and enjoyed the oysters and mussels. I felt the ambience could have been better though. The lighting was overly bright and the music was more suited to a bar in Ibiza than a relaxing fine dining meal. The bar staff could have been friendlier.
Really good sunday lunch. Tasty, fairly priced, and charming friendly waiter. Also we liked that tables are spaced apart well, so you can talk in privacy, and there is little background noise. I recommend it.
