Really great quality food and reasonably priced. Been here several times. Seasonal/daily specials are good. Nice to have 2 different fresh fish dishes daily. The espresso martinis are also good. Had my wedding reception here and the food was just as good as if it was an al a carte meal for 2 rather than a large table all at the same time. I would highly recommend this restaurant
Stunning hotel and restaurant, fabulous food and wonderful staff.
I booked a family lunch for eight of us to celebrate my Mum's birthday. Our waiter subtly picked up we were celebrating a birthday and as a surprise to us all, wished Mum a Happy Birthday with a glass of Prosecco and later on an 'extra' little dessert with a Happy Birthday message. Little touches that really make things extra special, especially when we hadn't even mentioned our celebration directly.

Lovely food. We ordered curry pork, Wellington duck, seafood and steak. Everything was delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. We didn’t wait that long. The restaurant is elegant but we had chosen to eat our dinner in the garden in very nice scenery. The waitress were very kind, smart and caring. We liked our mojitos too (except from the paper straws lol). Strongly recommend.

Myself and my fiancé went for a Valentines meal together, we have been to the Arbor many times and we always find it amazing, the food is delicious, fresh, homely yet modern, the menu is brilliant, well put together with lots of different wine options to choose from. The staff are attentive and make sure that you get your food and drinks in a timely manner, the price is incredible too, we are always surprised at how small the bill is. One particular member of staff, Aga, is absolutely fantastic, she always ensures that you are truly looked after. Each visit has been 5 star. Highly recommended.

We had a really good time in Arbor Restaurant. The food was very well presented with plenty of choice. The staff cannot do enough for you making sure you are well looked after. Definitely will be back.
An excellent experience, right from our welcome at the entrance. Really enjoyed the tastes of each course and so did my fellow guests. Very helpful staff and an excellent ambiance.

Booked Arbor to celebrate my partner’s birthday; was astounded by the quality of the food and service. Photos and review does not do justice on how much we enjoyed the evening. The food and atmosphere were amazing; fine dining at its best.

Absolutely loved the vibe and food at this place. After a few disappointing meals around Bournemouth, we came across this place. The chef here does truly experiment with flavours and textures. Would highly recommend them to anyone willing to see what elevated British cuisine can look like.
The ingredients used, preparation and presentation were all superb. Beautifully crafted and imaginative food at very reasonable prices for the excellent quality. We stayed overnight and had a wonderful breakfast, the selection of fruit, pastries and especially the wide range of cooked options. Can't wait to go back😊

This was our 7th visit to Arbor and they never disappoint. My fiancé and I were here for his Birthday, straight after work and right after New Year so we were expecting it to be quiet, but we had the restaurant to ourselves, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive but also gave us time to ourselves to enjoy the peace.
To start we had Warm Sourdough, Mixed Olives & Crispy Halloumi with Tapenade Mayo followed by Filo Tartlet of Wood Pigeon, which was perfectly pink in the centre, Creamed Leeks and Puy Lentils & Ragu of Venison with Saffron Linguini and Old Winchester Shavings, so rich and full of flavour. For mains we enjoyed Roast Breast of Creedy Carver Chicken from Devon, Chicken Leg and Tarragon Pie with Truffle Mash, I've never had such succulent chicken before, it was amazing & Locally Sourced Market Fish Special of Black Bream with Squid Ink Spaghetti and Fish Cream Sauce with a side of Koffman Chips which were so crisp and fluffy. For dessert we decided to share 3 as we couldn't make our minds up... Chocolate & Hazelnut Babka, Hazelnut Ice Cream and Warm Hazelnut Sauce, Salted Caramel Tart, Banana Ice Cream and Banana Praline & Parsnip Honey Cake (made using the honey from the beehives on the roof), Malted Ice Cream and Parsnip Chip. All of the food was perfect, incredible flavours and combinations that were to die for. To help was everything down we had English Oak Engleman Cuvee from Dorset, keeping it local, Red Carignan 2021, Domain Reine Juliette, Freedom Lager, Amaretto Sour & Whiskey on the Rocks. We would always recommend Arbor Restaurant to anyone wanting to visit Bournemouth looking for an amazing place to eat at a reasonable price whilst using locally sourced produce, we will be back soon.

Awful afternoon tea! Bread was extremely dry and was stale on one side. Scones were very hard and cold as if they had just been removed from the fridge. Cake was also stale on one side. Very disappointing.

Had the breakfast here a few times as part of the hotel stay and they were well prepared, made to order, staff were attentive. Food was tasty and the bread/toast was great (should have asked what they served). I would recommend.
Outstanding Service, food to ! The Chef just need to put a little bit less salt on the Risotto . I will definitely visit again! I never eaten better lentils !
