I used to live in Japan, and this is the best sushi I've ever had. I have never known another sushi bar in the UK with such authentic taste, style and atmosphere. This place clearly has a well-deserved cult following, but still deserves to be far better-known than it is.

I've been visiting this place for years now. This amazing sushi place is a must visit destination if you love authentic sushi and Japanese cuisine! All handmade in front of you it's an experience as well as a delicious meal.
The owner Jun runs this show sometimes assisted by his daughter, this is a local family run business.
Really liked this place and would recommend giving it a try if you like your sushi and sashimi. Food freshly prepared in front us. Allergies carefully taken into account.
Sushi close to Japanese standard. The Korean Chef and wife were very friendly, even wanted to bring kimchi for me on next visit. It's a mini sushi bar.
Best Sushi place for quality authentic Sushi and Sashimi (to my knowledge) outside of London.
It is small and quaint.
Just be careful of waiting times if people are seated as only 1 person making the food 😉
TLDR- Best sushi in Bournemouth, friendly and casual atmosphere.
Came in with basically no knowledge of sushirand left knowing a lot more and with the best sushi I have ever had. Owner and his wife are ridiculously friendly and attentive. We had a takeaway so I can't say much about the restaurant but you could tell it was calm and friendly. The order came to £94 and it was enough to feed 9 people. They said it would take a long time to make and said to comeback in about 30 mins and so we did. Spot on 30 minutes later they were done. Sushi didn't last long after, everyone eat it before I could even get a picture. What you see below is the left overs of 9 people. Sorry I couldn't get a better photo. 10/10 would recommend.

Have to be honest I thought it was a bit overpriced when paying. But it was amazing!! Presentation was superb and taste was out of this world 👌
