Another great McDonald's 👍👍 stopped in for coffee and doughnuts. Fast service and good scoff! First time at this one in Bourne and will return for sure. Well done all round 👌👌

This is above and beyond! The staff are ridiculously friendly. Extremely helpful, polite and I can’t actually put in to words how amazing the staff are. I have two under two and we took our first trip to Mac Donald’s as a family, the staff were delightful and magical with the way they helped and interacted with the babies!! Honestly couldn’t fault them! I think her name Ellen, she was 100/100 🎉

We often come to the McDonald’s at Bourne, and I have to say ‘Err’ (couldn’t see the badge) on the first till was really pleasant, friendly and great customer service.
Drive-thru took a little longer then usual, went during dinner hour so it's to be expected, plus the customer in front was possibly complaining, I believe the manager came to deal with it and she stayed when we pulled up and apologised for our wait. Not her fault so can't complain. Food was as good as normal.
Good stop off/meeting point before riding the Rutland TT route on a motorcycle. There are secure motorcycle parking spaces with anchor points.

Had breakfast via the drive thru, always quick and easy and they are happy to do requests I.e if you don't want a bun.
Always a very good service. Never any complaints. The staff get nicer and nicer none of your big fat greasy man boys any more
Fab place, super quick drive through and dining in. All the staff are super helpful, friendly and efficient. There's never been an order mistake to date! 👍The place is always clean and tidy, bins empty etc. Car parking spacious, clean easy to manoeuvre.
Staff were very friendly, the service and food were really good and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The restaurant was wheelchair accessible but it did have a very small step to get in. Social distancing measures were in place and enforced well, my only issue was going in and being seated caused quite a bit of confusion for ourselves and a lot of others. The sign asking to wait to be seated wasn't clearly displayed and was low down so people were seating themselves and then if they didn't order from the mobile app they were getting confused as to how to order which meant people were having to go backwards and forwards to the till around other customers. In another McDonald's I visited they had someone at the front of house and their job was solely to seat people and explain how to order etc and I think that would have really helped at this restaurant.
