Best pub on the south coast! I have come here a few evenings lately and it's always and excellent environment and vibe! The live music is always a good choice of local act and the food is to die for!

My friend and I dropped in for a swift pint on a Monday morning...we were the only people in the bar, with the exception of the barmaid... and it was her first day!!! So obviously I can't comment on atmosphere and food.

The brewery bar has changed hands recently, and the changes seem to be very much for the better. We stopped visiting under previous management as the place was just dirty and not looked after. Service was awful. When we heard it was being taken over we decided to pop down for a drink. It just feels
Popped in for a quick drink Sunday lunchtime. Lovely warm welcome and lots of choice. We often find that on Sundays some pubs are less than welcoming as they are only interested in people dining in so it was nice to be able to relax and have a drink without feeling we were being rushed.
A really laid back and welcoming pub with a delicious Italian restaurant within it.
The staff have the right attitude to see this business flourish.
Clean refreshed decor, well kept beers and freshly prepared foods.

popped over 13 April afternoon, kitchen had just re-opened, got the wings & sheperherds pie, all very nice, lime flavour on wings very good. Drinks selection ok, but wish they had Stella, very clean & friendly👌
A Monday night darts match, and the staff were brilliant. Service excellent. A great venue. I'm sure the pub will do well and I'd highly recommend it
Popped in for a spot of lunch. The service was excellent.The food was delicious. The new management have done a great job.
The local people that use the pub are a entertainment in there own right. Food was amazing. But they run out of roasts by 2.30. so I missed out on one but I'll come back a bit earlier next time. I don't think that the chief expected to be that popular.
