When we arrived and was waiting inside for our food, Mandy was present and doing a wonderful job at keeping the areas clean and tidy. She was so lovely and helped us by letting us know all about the deals and joked with us! She let us know about the apps points and was great to talk to. She was so lovely and approachable. Thank you Mandy for your great service! 😄
Ordered inside, waited to collect our order and then ate outside. The coffee was hot and our cheese burgers were fine. The outside area was clean, but most of it is in the shade from lunchtime onwards. The toilets were ok, in need of some maintenance, but clean and plenty of toilet paper. A good place for refreshments if McDonald's floats your boat on a sunny Tuesday afternoon in October '23.
Food was fresh. Always best when its made fresh. Only downfall local kids running in and out being a nuisance but mcdonalds cant do much about it.
Other downfall was the carpark was horrendous as too many delivery drivers taking up space, they have made a seperate space for delivery collection which has massively improved the inside.
Good service but not great food. Muffin buns were burnt and hard. Tough to eat. Missed off a hash brown but replaced it quickly when complained!
We went through the drive through, there was a wait for one of my items, rhe staff were really lovely and explained the wait and why, by far the best customer service I have received from a mcdonalds in a very long time, I Walsh I had gotten the lady's name

Really friendly staff, fast service and food is always fresher than other McDonald's stores.
Another standard Mc Donalds. The place was busy but yet still clean.
Toilets smelt a little but as been on main road and many customers it just needs a little frequent times to clean and freshen up

Great McDonald's, chips were hot, 😮 so usually for McDonald's. Restaurant nice and clean, the staff were really helpful. Shame about the ladies toilets, one toilet was closed off and no toilet paper in the other 2. But other than that great.
Slightly after peak lunchtime the place was quiet and it was easy to park. We ordered on the app (using our points). Food arrived fairly quickly the restaurant was clean and seemed to be well run
