Coffee was great, it taste good and was the right temperature. The cakes are defrosted and aren't that great. I didn't finish mine. The seating is limited as this is a small Nero's, but there were plenty available.
Wouldn't go to any other Cafe Nero. The best staff. Friendly , so easy going, feels like you are at home on the sofa ππππ

Good coffee and cakes. Sit inside or watch the world go by in outdoor seating. Dogs allowed and enjoyed whipped creamπΎ
Absolutely love cafe Nero, prices have gone up a bit although they now do offer two types of coffee in their shop, can get a bit noisy but the service is second to none
Really nice clean bright and airy, with nice relaxing chairs, friendly staff lovely solection of delicious cakes and pastries etc. Would thoroughly recommend.

I would like to say many thanks to Callum. He was very helpful. He helped me to carry a very heavy parcel. It was very much appreciated. A very polite young man. I would also like to say thank you to his Manager for allowing him to come to my rescue.
We took our granddaughter for a snack while visiting the area. The staff were brilliant. Very helpful and friendly but most of all, patient.
Plus the cakes and savouries were on top form.
Always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Amazing service!
Lovely atmosphere. Has sandwiches and cakes to have with your tea, coffee or other refreshments. Central in Boston shopping centre. Friendly staff always. On the down side there is nowhere to take your own tray and cups when you finished thus tables get messy as you leave it on your table when you leave.
Love Cafe Nero. Very friendly atmosphere where you feel comfortable on your own or with friends or family. It is dog friendly thanks to the very kind manager and staff there who make everyone feel welcome including well behaved dogs. The only comment I would make is to say the place is starting to look like it needs a refurb. Some of the chairs and sofas are getting worn. Otherwise I enjoy a walk round town finishing usually there for a coffee.
