Lovely place to eat Friendly helpful staff. Served by Hannah who was really nice. Food delicious. I had a pizza Gazza had pie yum yum. Busy but very well organised. Gazza said good pint or 2 of Marstons pedigree ☺
Sitting and waiting for a table was fine as outside is lovely to sit and have a drink. Food was fantastic only complaint would be there was 10 minutes wait between getting a meal to the table from main menu and a couple of us getting pizza. Otherwise the problem was sorted quick thanks to Hannah A and our table service from Ebony was fantastic. Will defo be returning
Went on 26/7 was told it could be up to 30 mins wait for a table and it was only about 10, food was a bit of a wait but it was very busy and only 2nd night of being properly open, food was great, hardest thing was choosing what to have, great choice on specials board, they had run out of watermelon cheesecake so had red velvet and white chocolate cheesecake instead it was gorgeous and a huge slice, thankyou Hannah.C for your brilliant table service, very good value for money, will definitely be back, the only little niggle I would say is the size of the car park when busy we could not get parked so parked at the Maplin car park and walked across.
My partner and I had a excellent meal at The Chain Bridge, the staff Louise, Sue & Rachael were wonderful, we were greeted, seated and fed well, the table was cleaned prior to us being seated, my partner noticed that a new cleaning cloth was used on our table which was nice. The food was fresh hot and a good portion size, the team were friendly, professional and attentive. We also noted how clean the place was and there wasn't any smell of cooking in the air, a big Thank you to the kitchen staff for the very enjoyable meal.
Curry Night plus a nicely cooked steak. Friendly staff. We have eaten here several times. Local to the area , moved here around 4 months ago. Nice stroll, good price and well cooked. Thank you. Will be back (many times and to the quizzes)
Popped in to chain bridge tonight for a bite to eat, had the rib starter, margarita pizza, and spicy chicken pizza. Must say the food was spot on.
It is a wood fired pizza, and the taste was one of the best we have had for a long time. So will be going back soon.

The chain bridge is always so lovely and welcoming to us and our little dog. It was also really fun to see all the Halloween decorations.
The food is sublime! Had a cowboy burger that looked like The Perfect Burger, felt and tasted like it too!
I also really enjoyed their mocktails, having a tasty and fun alcohol-free option is always a treat.
My family and I always end up going back because we know we're going to feel warm, welcomed, and well fed.
Sue and Bernice served me and my partner. The food was very nice and good portion sizes. We didn't leave on an empty belly that's for sure.
The burgers we had were nice maybe a little to well done on toasting the burger bun but over all great food.
The rocky road sundae was very delightful.

We had the chicken in buttermilk as starters and it was wow!
Not to talk about my large portion of beef lasagne and garlic bread for quite a good price too. My partner loved his ultimate beef burger (he couldn't finish it 😂).
I saw a play area outside (so definitely kids friendly).

I was part of a 17 person, group booking, what was very good was the fact that everyone was served at the same time, both starters and mains. Caroline was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The only negatives were the time between courses and the severe lack of bar staff (only one), causing a longish wait to order food and drinks. The member of staff still managed to deliver a friendly service with a smile, it's such a shame the management (IMO) doesn't have/plan enough staff on at busy times.
Food overall a good standard and I will go back, but at a less busy time.
Rachel, Sue & Lou were on when we ate here and they were all very smiley, friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We have eaten here several times and each time the food has been well cooked and nicely presented. It is always very clean too.
The food was good for chain restaurants. There is playground for children Asa big family (10 + children). We always choose to go to Chain Bridge as family do night out.
