You can’t complain about the cost as it’s competitively priced, and I’ve tasted worse costing much more.
Sunday lunch for two for £20 including dessert, with a choice of three or four different meats. Excellent value.
Parking not an issue either as there is ample parking up a slip road if the front car park is full.
Love this place! Staff are always warm and welcoming, always greet you with a smile when you walk in. The food is always delicious and filling, which always makes us come back time after time. Lovely cook and great food options. The coleslaw is amazing! Would recommend to anyone who likes good quality breakfasts and dinners 🤣 a great desert menu too, with plenty of options. Thank you travellers rest for the beautiful service and good chats we have, truly is a wonderful cafe.
We both had full English breakfast on Sunday morning all the young girls that was working at font of House was very polite and helpful. The food was very well cooked and plenty of it as well. We will definitely be back again. We'll worth the visit
We went in yesterday (Friday 15th September). We ordered breakfast knowing there was going to be a short wait, people who came in for take aways were getting food before us even people who came in after us were getting there food coz they complained. Some one put an order in and paid for it and a voice said from the kitchen oh no not another one. We waited over an hour for our breakfast. Some customer had a right go at the young lady taking the order. I felt sorry for her coz that was out of order. Apparently they didn't like the brown sauce or the burnt sausage. The 1st few breakfast we had there were really nice

Decided to stop by for breakfast, always reluctant when stopping at these roadside cafes as you never know what their like. - Clean, spacious, and would definitely use it again. The food was beautiful, didn't taste like cheap produce at all, quality, well cooked breakfast highly recommended.

Had our 1st Sunday roast and pudding here today. Absolutely fantastic. Hot food, tasty, plentiful and great choice of dessert. Can't wait to try the breakfast menu 🙂

came buy for dinner, had a few issues with allergies, but great service from a chef called sonya, helped with everything telling me all the food i can and cant have and whats in it
Nice little cafe service is very good all food cooked fresh, just a few parking spaces in front but plenty just over the road. We are very glad it's opened up again, Cost was for 3 children and 2 adults.
