I had not been here for several year's in spite of often passing by, but I will definitely be returning. The restaurant was very spacious and pleasant. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was tasty, cooked nicely and well presented. Mega mixed grill wasn't exactly mega, but it was good value. In fact everything was reasonably priced. There is a large children's play area, which looked fun, even the mardy teenager's wanted to go in it!

We brought 3 of our residents in wheelchairs to have lunch today. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome.Our food came really quickly too Makes all the difference and we will definitely return. Thank you for kindness

Great food and service. The only downside was the waiting staff taking forever to clear tables. They cleared half of our table and didn't come back for the rest, to the point I had to move them to another table myself that was also full of plates waiting to be cleared, just so that we could eat our desserts (the people on the dirty table had already left)

Atmosphere is always lovely there. The staff are fabulous. The food is fantastic. I feel at home there. Shelby our waitress was super. She really looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. She is always very welcoming.

Great food and did not have to wait long. It was fresh, and sweet potato fries were crisp. We also had a burger and chicken as well, once again was nice and hot, and presented well. We will be returning again soon and then upload some pics.

A party of 8 of us went for a meal on Saturday. I had booked the table in advance, just aswell that I had as when we arrived there was a sign at the door saying "sorry fully booked". All our meals were served at the same time and were all piping hot. The steaks that were ordered were cooked "medium" as requested. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service was great.

Great food at at a great price! Sunday carvery hits the mark every time. Haloumi fajitas as the vegetarian option was a real winner. Najos to share as a starter was more than enough. Need to book on a Sunday as it does get very busy however all the staff members keep turning the tables quickly while still smiling.

The breakfast was amazing great value for the price £4.99 per person all you can eat, ordered at the bar they give you a plate and off you go. The breakfast is on until 12, before they took the breakfast away the waitress came and asked if we wanted anymore..... GREAT service 👏

Food is nice, but depends what you order. I would say that carvery and burgers are the best. Its good value as kids eat for £1 with main orders. They got lots of deals and facilities including fuzzy edds. Staff is polite. Lots of parking space but usually full. Few occasions even got turned down as no tables left.

First visit here after just moving into the area. Will probably be my last. My steak and ale pie was served blindingly, obviously undercooked. Not just a soggy bottom but a soggy top. I just cannot believe that neither the kitchen staff or waiter could fail to spot raw pastry. I did get my money back from a rather surly, unapologetic manageress.

Used to go once a month or so. After tonight's fiasco, never again. Staff too busy talking to each other to notice customers waiting, food taking 50 mins to appear (after asking a waitress to check if they'd lost our order). When it did come only 3 out of 4 meals arrived. Last meal was another 8 mins wait. When it arrived it looked like it was thrown on the plate. We queried the price with a barmaid who couldn't have given a toss about our question, even talking over us while we were explaining our query. The chef delivered the last meal and laughed when I complained that the egg yolk was broken and offered no replacement. When asked why the whole lot took so long, he said they were extremely busy. They weren't. Loads of empty tables, car park almost empty. We've now waited over 20 mins for a couple of scoops of ice cream. Aaaaagh. Awful. Never again. No wonder both the feedback websites aren't working any more! They've changed the menu, increased prices and dropped the standard of food and service. Avoid!

Cannot believe how this place has gone down hill use to come hear regular came today for first time in months, the food was discusting ordered colslaw extra got one tiny scoop on a bit of lettuce complained ended up with a pot full of it but all runny and full of bubbles got Pics to prove it very disappointed and won't ever return again, the glasses was filthy also had to get a straw Bork

Use to love going to this restaurant at weekends for the two for ten pound offer when you have a big family it's a good deal.They don't do it no more,but we still ordered it cost us 49 pound for 4 meals.It took 40 mins to turn up.When it did turn up I couldn't believe it my ribs with sauce was burned a limp lettuce leaf with a tiny bit of coleslaw on what had no taste,my sons lasagna was like half the size of a ready meal one side burned all down.My other sons burger was hard told them no salad on the burger but it came with it.And my friends mix grill looked burned and dry.We picked at it but left most of it.Did tell some lady on the way out who worked there tell the chief it was s--t what ever has happened to this place.Will not be going back again.When you are paying 49 pound and you end up with that so annoying.Yes I was the lady at table 52 who moaned at one of your employees didn't get much response back from her.So what do you say about it.

Found something plastic in the prawn cocktail. Sadly that was the highlight of the meal . Wife ( very polite) sent it back which seemed to throw the staff as no one came to the table for 40 minutes. Refund for the plastic prawns grudgingly given and felt that our cards were marked from there on in! Main course presentation was poor ( could do better with JCB) no table check and no eye contact when table cleared even through the amount of food left on the plate should have been a pointer that all was not well If your planning a visit you can do better

Their was 4 Adults in our party and 3 children, 2 of the children are very fussy and only eat bread and chips, the bread was dry. The chips on everyone's meal were cold, 3 adults had burgers they were burnt so badly, that they crunched when bitten, they were also cold. We had a side portion of onion rings which looked like they had been sat in a warmer for a week, but were also cold. The other adult had the carvery and she had to leave 1/2 her meal, because the potatoes were burnt and all her food was cold. My son had fish fingers for his meal which looked to be dried out. The worse meal we have had in a very long time and we had to wait over an hour for it. Very disappointing

Terrible service food came out late one with a hair in complained had to speak to manager after no apology from 3 different members of staff! Manager offered apology and free desert ordered deserts and still managed to forget one again no apology terrible food was poor quality when it finally arrive steak like leather and cheesecake still frozen! Manger stood behind bar on phone waitresses talking only one who seemed like they were actually working was one waiter! Never come here we will never be going back!

Used to love the food here, will not be returning after tonights meal after waiting 45 mins which i didnt mind at all was just really hungry people after us got there meal and was finshed so asked how long ours would be a couple of mins later food come I had the noodles was luke warm and that's being polite I lefted most of it my son's meal was cold and was a very unhappy teenage and my husband's onions rings didn't come I had mine was cold and soggy not at all freshly cooked impossible asked where my husband's was they had forgot less than a min later he has soggy cold not fresh onion rings chips are cold also nothing was above Luke warm/cold was looking forward to our family meal my son and I are now hungry as lefted most of it and now cooking at home will not be returning used to love going here never been so disappointed with a meal out before feeling sad and a wasted night out

First and last time I will ever visit the place, took nearly an hour to get our meal cold food and cremated steak, full refund on the 'hot' food and apologies but don't think we'll be going back.

We've been eating here twice both time the food was not good we ordered steak with Piri Piri skewer chicken the steak was very chewy chips soggy no Cutlery on the table no staff come to you asking if everything is ok , i won't come back again sorry

The kids food came out wrong they change the portion from a kids to a babies. Medium cooked meat shouldn't come out still drenched in its own blood and the manager that looked like he'd just finished school thought this was quite alright

We brought the kids to fuzzy eds , was after school time, we got here got the kids food ordered no problem, we then looked at menu ourselves and asked to order a warm meal as well, was told we couldn't order warm food, asked if possible to go through and order it and then bring it through also told no . Told all we could have was sandwich menu !! So we look at menu again and went to order something to be told then that they had stopped ordering in food !! Why it's 4pm on a Thursday !! The menu clearly states 5pm on it too. So know we sat here hungry not even warm food can't let the kids play whilst we go on the main restaurant area as need supervising. Even when the kids have finished playing we can't then expect them to sit and watch us eat as they already had theirs. Think this is wrong as its open till 9pm at night !! Think this need to be re thought and something should be done.
