excellent lunch time food at sensible prices on normal plates in a wonderful friendly atmosphere. lunch time specials are good value for money. no fancy tablecloths or china, no loud music, and down to earth friendly staff. never tried the evenings so can't comment. easy to park.

Great veggie food at an unbelievable price
My wife and I had a Sunday Roast dinner, we both thoroughly enjoyed it, more than enough on our plates, we could have done with a smaller plated version.
Lovely welcome and service. Meal was delicious, the triple fried chips were a wonderful surprise and tasted great. I recommend you visit on an empty stomach to stand any chance of eating all the meal!! Thoroughly enjoyable visit, will definitely go again. Well done Sherry.

Called in for tea after an afternoon out, service was quick, friendly and efficient. Food was good, tasty and plenty of it.
Pub has recently reopened for food and would recommend, good to see a local pub improving 👍. If anything prices were bit high for type of meal, however with everything going up its probably understandable.
Sunday Lunch was absolutely amazing. Great value for money. Plenty of meat. And a great pint too. :)
Up and coming, but genuine and a treasure find , family orientated with trrue knowledge...of area and local facilities....proud to meet , aw anyone in boozer industry needs head testing lol x
Popped in for lunch while our cars were being valeted. Nice friendly staff, lovely and clean. Steak and beer battered fish was cooked perfectly, piping hot and very tasty 😋

In the area .. the beef was lovely and roast potato’s to die for.. friendly service and very clean. Highly recommend
