Quick coffee and cheese scone in the downstairs cafe - just to keep me going. The lady on the till went up to the main restaurant to get my scone. I had to wait a while but when it did arrive it was warm and yummy. I was offered a top up on my tea - but I declined this. Excellent service!

Went to downtown Boston this morning for extension brackets for my quite ancient curtain rail, the young lady was looking on Web site for what we required we didn't have a lot of luck she then asked a staff member for advice, he reconised what we needed and went to look in his store for some second hand brackets and promptly brought us the required amount, explained how we should fit them, that is what I call service, didn't get their names but they will know who they are. So a big thank you to them both.
