Went today first time for Sunday lunch which is a carvery which we don’t normally like but this was very good, with great choice of meats and vegetables, also all the vegetables were cooked good and tasted freshly served (not like normal carvery’s)

Went for the new steak night promotion. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The lady who served us was really busy bless her but she was still friendly & polite & made us feel welcome. The food was great & service was good too. Thank you

Went on a Friday evening and had the Indian buffet. Everything was lovely and the service was superb. Don't think there was anything super spicy, although I didn't try everything.

This pub looks deceiving if ever the term not to judge a book was true this is it. We booked very late notice on a Friday night which is a very popular curry night which looked and smelled delicious. We stuck with the pub menu as needed some vegetables after a long journey from Borders of Scotland.
Nice welcome. Good prices. We had a Sunday carvery. It was ok. Very nice Yorkshire. Meat was nice and good selection. Cabbage ,carrots and a cauliflower broccoli cheese bake. Nicely cooked. Roast potatoes crisp but tasted like they were deep fried. mash needed some butter to give it some flavour
Massively underrated place! Found by chance and cannot understand how the place isn’t packed out! Easily one of the best places I’ve eaten. Massive portions, very well priced and mega tasty 10/10
This is a real gem of a find! Great food at a reasonable price. We have been several times and food and service consistently deliver.
This is the second time we have had the Indian buffet. We were looking forward to visiting again.
Both times we have visited the meat in each dish has been out of this world, no tough meat or fat, best meat we have had in all the Indian restaurants we have been into.
