Ate here with hubs for the first time this evening. Two mains, two ales, two soft drinks for less than £30. Faultless food. Huge portions. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back for food.

Popped in for a pint and something to eat, staff looked after me as I was strapped for time and took my order before the kitchen officially opened, the food was tasty and just the right amount, atmosphere was nice. Reasonable prices, have eaten here before and will do again. Thanks for a great experience

We visited the Black Bull twice on our recent stay in Boston. My surf and Turf was absolutely delicious. However my wife's rump steak was not good. The staff handled our complaint perfectly which is why we gave the Bull a second chance.
Our second meal was absolutely delicious. Well kept ale and very friendly. A lovely experience.

Good quality food, Staff always pleasant, Furniture Could do with a refresh and paint work needs refreshing, only other issue is the other side of the bar is very noisy bit of a jar when your sitting down for a meal, Manager needs to address this when you're paying to eat a meal
We were staying in the area & were recommended to try here for Sky Sports on TV, We wanted to see a final.
We were greeted warmly by the staff & a table was reserved. The locals created a great atmosphere during the match.

Seeing as we are moving into the village we went to view our new house & came here for a meal afterwards. I have to say I was very impressed, 11 of us booked a table & the service from the staff was just brilliant, the food was very tasty & the prices are amazing.. Not had a drink at the bar yet but everyone in there were in good spirits & it looks as though it will become our local boozer & hope to take part in events & quizzes etc after we move.. We have now moved to Kirton and this is still an outstanding boozer with brilliant great value meals.. 10/10 from us
Decent beer selection that changes regularly. Good pub grub, not gastropub, but tasty nonetheless. There's a dedicated eating area in the Lounge or you could choose the Bar area to mingle or play some pool. They have regular live bands with a cross-section of genres.
Had a Delicious Sunday lunch here with friends. Lovely home cooked food. Extremely reasonably priced. The staff are lovely. If they provided a little area with a sofa/comfy chairs, it would be much more appealing for a single woman. Even better if they opened up one of the fire places. Jst a couple of suggestions to make a lovely pub fantastic.
