My mum and I had the classic afternoon tea yesterday (a birthday gift from my daughter to her grandma). Everything was beautifully presented and very fresh also 5* to the staff who are very friendly and helpful. We were offered the chance to take home anything we couldn't manage to eat but it was so delicious we ate the lot!

VEGAN FRIENDLY! I would like to thank the wonderful staff in the cafe/restaurant. When I asked if they offered any options for vegans I was amazed at how helpful everyone was. Yes, there are a few options and more being added this week! If you want a delicious vegan meal this is definitely the place to visit. 5 stars well deserved!

Visited the restaurant yesterday with a friend we both had a main and dessert from the specials board the food was fantastic! All the staff were friendly and helpful with a special mention for James - thank you

Very well stocked store everything easy and accessible good stocked waitroise food Hall great deli counter good choice of plants 🪴 gifts I mainly visited to go to the restaurant the food was good the staff are very nice but the service is far too slow I waited almost an hour for sandwiches and salad and chips I wasn't impressed I used my dobbies card and got my free coffee plenty of free parking but its really busy
Started of in the deli area , where the lady serving was extremely helpful and wrapped up some local 🧀 for us. We then went into the garden centre area and wanted to know more about some Christmas lights and another lady on the till was again extremely helpful. A delightful experience all round. Well done Dobbies.
Popped in for breakfast, new menu this visit! Had the two breakfasts for £14 with our monthly free hot drinks.
Very good breakfast, only let down by low quality sausage.
Lovely restaurant and we are in the conservatory.
Served by the usual young staff who are all very pleasant,polite and professional.
No waiting although it had only just opened and had a large group and lots of couples.
What a lovely garden centre and restaurant, nice and clean in the most part - staff very friendly and those in the restaurant were very attentive to our kids. They went and got them stuff to colour in, and gave them some balloons.
We had a morning breakfast which perhaps was a bit pricier than we thought it would be, but still nice. They have a kids option as well which was good.
Thought the loos could do with a bit of an improvement took my son in, it had a terrible smell... hence comment about nice and clean in the most part...!!
Nice place, with coffee shop and restaurant. A small Waitrose is there too so bonus. Sadly one of the MANY dogs was sick on the floor and unfortunately I stepped in it in flat shoes. Don't know how long it had been there, but nobody noticed. But it was disgustingly slimy....I did report it to a chap who worked there
The lady on the tills was extremely pleasant and helpful regarding change of address. Well worth a visit..
Had afternoon teas in the restaurant and they do cater for gluten free and dairy intolerant vegan and vegetarian, but tell them when you book.
I like Dobbies because the loyalty card makes everything cheaper.

Great place to stop for breakfast and wonder around the garden centre bonus having a Sainsbury's on site an a award winning butcher's for some tasty treats😋 for journey home.

Not only are the staff incredibly friendly and cheery, but the selection is just as good as other larger shops, plenty of sale plants that just need a bigger pot&some love and great coffee! (I'll not tell you about the amazing cakes)

Ultra large garden centre, every plant you could think of. Not exactly cheap but wonderful selection. Had a cream scone with pot of tea, £4 excellent value, recommend a visit.
lovely big spacious clean garden centre, we only had a coffee all staff at different departments were very helpful & friendly loved the butchers shop too
Nice setout with friendly staff. Prices on par with most outlets. Like the restaurant as you sit at a table and the staff come to take your order and payment unlike at Rothley where you sit at a table then go to the till to pay and lose your table when someone else sits there.
Don't really know about the plants as we only bought a couple, but the cafe is good. Went a couple of times.
