Lovely fish and chip shop in Boston, popped in on a Saturday night for sausage and chips. The staff are really friendly and it was very quiet so I got served straight away. The food was.great with delicious chips.
I was so pleased with the service and the fresh lightly battered cod and crinkle cut chips I ordered as well as the baked potato and chilli my husband had; so quite surprised by a few really bad reviews. Sam, our host, went out of his way to make us relaxed and happy on this hot summer day as we de

When we arrived there were 6 diners already there but was plenty of seating and we sat down and got comfortable. Even th
Heard about this place for a long time best fish and chips with homemade mushy peas. Fish is fresh and batter is light and crunchy. Went there in Saturday afternoon waiting time is less than 5 mins. Amazing!

Always loved fish and chips from Tate's, especially when Sam is at the fryer. Lovely piece of fish, nicely done chips, and all wrapped carefully by Sam.
