The Ship Inn - Boston - Photo album

A place I have passed often, but never visited before. Going east it is easy to turn in, though the car park is not large. Plain tables, quite a good menu with several veggie options. Perhaps a little on the pricey side, but the food when it arrived was freshly cooked, nicely presented and very tas
The bar lady was super sweet, gave children colouring and had a laugh with her guests, the toilets are a bit stinky but overall it was amazing!
Lovely, dog friendly pub with great food. In fact so good we went twice in the same day! A sizeable choice for vegetarians too. Good portions too. I'd recommend it to anyone and if in the area again we'll be back.
Stopped for meal on the way home from our holiday. Greeted warmly by the young lady behind the bar. Good selection of food and dealt well with my son's food allergy - even making sure he could join in the kids meal deal by giving sorbet in place of ice cream. Food was good quality (very nice chips)
Really lovely home cooked food and a warm welcome. We were traveling a long distance with a tiny baby, and the staff here were wonderful, felt like such a haven, just what we needed. Food was real food at a normal price. Lots of choices even for veggies. Thanks
Stopped by chance on way back to Suffolk and really pleasantly surprised. Staff really friendly, pub nicely decorated with some great old pictures, but most importantly food was well presented and really well cooked. A truly tasty stop. It will now be a regular stop over.
We had a family of 4 meal to celebrate our daughter doing well in her GCSE's, felt totaly safe, good social distancing and hygiene processes in place, lovely surroundings, great home cooked food, freindly staff, thoroughly enjoyed the evening, we will certainly be back.
We had food here between Christmas and New year after a lovely walk out the back of the pub along the flood defences. Food was excellent and about the right price for a pub in this location. Everyone was very friendly, if I was a local, this pub would my regular. I'll see you all again next I'm in
Popped in on a road trip and were pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly food was excellent and everything was reasonably priced. Plenty of choice at the bar, lovely atmosphere and looked great inside as it had recently been refurbished.
We visited for a late lunch 26th Oct 17. A repeat from a previous visit en route to our friends. Lovely welcome. Dog friendly. Lovely walks and a Marina next door. Super staff and food served all day. Certainly recommend Jill
We popped in to this pub for lunch on our way to Spalding. Lovely place inside, and a fairly extensive lunch menu I had sausage egg and chips and the wife had ham eggs and chips. Prices were about average at £11.50 each, and for decent size portions. Good if you are passing thru and need a bite to
What a lovely place. Food fantastic and staff very pleasant. Would recommend that people stop for a meal. Good choice of food on the menu.
Great food. Well cooked. Good service. A pity we live 80 miles away Best wishes Don and Jenny
This is a very warm and friendly pub. It is quite small inside but with a log burner in the centre and two dining areas either side of the nook. Good food and friendly staff. Dogs are allowed inside.
Fabulous food, excellent service and great atmosphere. Always enjoy a great choice of food here. I always book as it's a very popular pub & restaurant.
I've driven past this Inn so many times, but always had too many miles to go to stop. It's always looked well presented. Car park was tidy, immediately on arrival we were greeted by the lady on the bar. Adnams Broadside was nearly as good as when I kept it, meaning truly brilliant. I'm biased obviou
Had Sunday lunch there. We had ordered vegetarian option for two, but they prepared one. Nice quiet place, enough parking and dog friendly.
