After being directed here( by the pub Hammer and pincer? Near tesco as they were busy) was a bit taken aback by the look of the place (looks like a club/shed..sorry) .. but i went in as it was getting late and WOW . Lovely atmosphere ,smiling staff and helped when i askes for a table for 5. They were busy although the car park didn't reflect this either.
Service was good and the food top notch! ..lovely fresh and we would highly recomend it to people who are not afraid to go off the beaten track! Only 5 mins from edge of boston .. NEVER judge a book by its cover and this place proves it. Cosy and welcoming 🤗 Thank you.

Had a fantastic meal here last Friday, the garlic mushroom starter is to die for, then afterwards sat in the bar area on their comfortable settees. The four of us will definitely be returning her for our girls night out. Thank you for a lovely evening.

A very big thank you for a wonderful meal today. We had a table of 14 to celebrate a family birthday and the staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and very helpful. The Sunday lunch was lovely and the portions were very large. There was a great selection of starters, mains and desserts on the menu. We will definitely be returning again very soon!

First time visit yesterday and what a lovely meal great service. Really busy as there was 22 of us in our party and we was well looked after . Great real ale (London Pride ) . Be visiting again soon great job everyone �

Merrimans bar and restaurant is full of Lovely staff, our waitress was extremely welcoming and made sure everything was ok. Food was amazing we are coming again more often, well presented and tasted delicious. Walked away extremely satisfied :)

Came for the 1st time last night and cannot fault anything . Food was delicious and filling and the staff were very friendly . My father's 80 in April and I now know where to bring him.

Just had the most wonderful meal here with my partner, friendly staff are very welcoming and within 10 minutes of ordering the freshly prepared food was given to us. The starters were absolutely lovely cannot fault them at all! The mains (steak and gammon steak) were absolutely perfect! Will be definitely visiting again and reccomending to all of my friends/family.

We had a family Sunday lunch for 13 of us and the meal and service was absolutely brilliant, all the staff were so professional considering some were very young. Well done to you all I would certainly recommend and return to the Merrimans.
The fiest time, 5 pubs fully booked, so I googled Boston restaurants, saw all the great reviews it had and was able to take Mum who is staying with us. We all enjoyed our lovely meal, cooked by the chef, the staff were helpful and friendly.

Always our first choice when going out as a couple or with friends and family. Food fantastic, tasty & authentic. Service excellent, you're made to feel like welcome family. Nothing is too much trouble, even with food allergies. Quiet meal or event, always been fabulous, lovely comfy sofa area to start and finish in, you can tell other customers, all ages, love going there which also makes for the enticing environment.

We had a buffet at Merrimans after our mums funeral. The buffet was very nice and fresh. There was loads to eat. Everyone felt relaxed. Thank you Merrimans.

Had a birthday Sunday lunch. Lovely restaurant with cosy bar area. Food good choice on menu for starters, main and desert. Food was top notch with ample portions. Good old English fare with very good sevice.
