Went for a meal to the restaurant and it was very nice. Reasonably priced, great portions and tasted very fresh. The service was great too.
Just had our second evening meal here and both times the food and service have been amazing. Exceptionally good value for money for such great food. Will definitely come back on our next visit to Isle of Lewis
We were staying at Galston Farms and Elaine suggested we book in for dinner here.
I had the steak,it was delicious , the sides were perfect. The gravy was well seasoned. I would definitely come again !
Some of the other guest said they had large portions … the meat pie and lasagna certainly filled

Went for an excellent meal here. Lovely friendly service, food well presented and a lovely local twist to the menu. Not cheap, but made up for by the perfection. Stayed here for a couple of nights. Rooms were spacious, extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Had dinner on the first night and smoked kippers from the local smokehouse for breakfast. Service and quantity of food was of a good standard. Location was very quie

Comfy bed, spacious enough room. Room door and bathroom door were a little hard to open.

W asked about lunch as both of us are diabetic to be advised on a Sunday there was nowhere near serving food.
However the staff went way and beyond and prepared us a light lunch.

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms.
It's a shame the restaurant stops taking orders at 20:30, even though we phoned to advise them that we would not be arriving/checking in till 20:45.

Had a lovely lunch here. Restaurant was lovely and clean as were the toilets. The steak and ale pie was absolutely serious served with beautiful creamy mash and veg. And what a portion size! Truly a desperate dan pie. My home made moist chicken fillet burger was gorgeous and moist and lightly crumb
We didn't stay but stopped off for coffee & cake. The young lady who served us was very helpful, knowledgeable & cheerful. Two of us ordered scones, how beautifully presented they were. Two home made scones on wooden platters with a pot of jam, pot of cream & a slice of butter laid on the platter. G
When we visited there was no one in the restaurant but we were out of season. The food was delicious though. We had the fish and chip and they were really good, the peas were the best part, which sounds strange when getting fish and chips but it was all so yummy. The staff were attentive and really
