Thank you for making a lovely afternoon tea to take away for my dad today. Being housebound due to illness it certainly was a lovely treat!

Delicious with a capital "D". Friendly, happy staff and truly scrumptious food. I had salted beef with roasted onions and pickle in a soft granary roll served with a small green salad, homemade coleslaw and corn crisps. Extremely tasty and filling and very moderately priced. The coffee was also very good! Lovely relaxed atmosphere and the choices of other food and beverages looked equally appealing. What's more it is a dog friendly establishment which is very nice to see. Centrally located in Boroughbridge and although there didn't look to be any dedicated parking at the shop there is plenty of good free parking near by. I will definitely be returning and would advise anyone to give this little gem a try. Update February 2022… Have recently visited this great cafe again and was not disappointed at all. I am truly delighted to say that my previous comments stand and that the service and quality of food are just as good. I’m also pleased to say that it would appear that they are as busy as ever which can only be a sign of just how good they are. Definitely pay them a visit. Update August 2023... Superb, friendly, warm service as ever. Food is still top notch. What more can I say...

Amazing quality sandwiches (slow cooker beef/meatballs). Great selection of cakes and friendly staff. Good prices and not too busy on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommended

Food is great, lives up to its name and really tasty. Can be a bit of a wait at busy times but that's what you get with a popular place I guess.

Had lunch after a good walk around Boroughbridge. Food was excellent with very good service. The staff were friendly and very helpful. As well as sitting inside, you can sit outside on the kerb or in the rear garden area.

5 of us arrived on motorbikes on a cold wet morning. So the warm welcome we received was most welcome. We were quickly seated and provided with menus and had the specials of the day pointed out. Hot drinks soon arrived followed shortly by our lunch choices. The food was delicious with each of us selecting something different. Plenty is well worth a visit and we will be back.

Always a great place to stop, particularly if you're out on a bike ride in the area. It is open on Sunday's but kitchen shuts at 2 and counter at 2.30

Lovely little cafe. We've been here a few times over the years and it's consistently really great customer service and lovely food (especially the fruit scones!) . Even our little dog got some treats today...so a friend of my dog is a friend of mine. Lovely.

This was our first visit to Plenty and as we found out we could also take our dog, it was a great choice. The food was excellent, both fresh and full of flavour. To be honest, the staff / owners, were exceptional as well. We also thought that the prices gave great value. Sometimes establishments say they are dog friendly, but usually only tolerate them. Our dog was made to feel most welcome. We understand that not everyone wishes to go somewhere to eat that allows dogs, but from our brief experience, we saw 3 other dogs, all were well behaved and not causing any inconvenience to other customers. When we revisit the area, we will visit Plenty.

Well the food has gone down hill. The ham sandwich was advertised with side salad. There was nearly any ham and no salad. My latte was half full but they still managed to charge full price. Must have changed hands.?..wont be back.
