Passing through the village, popped in and a fantastic warm welcolme from all the staff. A wide selected to cater for all tastes. Will visit again if passing (only 5 minutes off the A1M)

I go here regularly for a small breakfast with fried bread and a pot of Earl Grey. Friendly staff and comfortable surroundings. For a take home treat try a Battenberg cake, best you'll find anywhere, slice it up and it freezes just great. You can usually park on the main street somewhere FOC, just put a parking disc in your windscreen (parking disc's avalable in many shops foc) - Recommended
Popped in for a late breakfast on a Monday.... Two egg, bacon, and sausage with beans, toms and mushrooms with 2 slices toast all for £9.15. Awesome!
Limited inside seating with table service. Usually quick turn around of seating space.

Amazing food, we went in and had a full breakfast beautifully cooked went for a walk and ended up back there for tea and scone. Lovely friendly staff and wonderful food . They cater for everyone. Vegan, dairy free etc

We bought some Fruit Tea-cakes for later and these were also most enjoyable toasted with lashings of butter 😉
Polite, happy staff serve you a good selection of bakery goods. Fresh bread, sandwiches, pies and of course some very naughty cakes!

Just popped in here on our way home from Bedale for a breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised, I had a Large Full English Breakfast with a cappuccino and my wife had a Sausage sandwich with a pot of tea. The food was really nice, hot and good value. Will definitely be back if we are passing through.

Perfect stop after a morning's cycling. Safe place for bikes, and a large garden at the rear if it's too busy to sit inside. Great choice of sweet treats too - especially like a 'chubby rogue'.
Went in for a drink & snack whilst in Boroughbridge, it's fab that there are still independent cafés around. Great choice & pleasant staff.
