First time here for food well impressed and the service from the girls plus the price 👌
Stopped off here from the A1 on the way home after a late finish, found em on google maps when I searched for a chippy
Had fish n chips which were excellent, lovely fish, good batter and well cooked chips with loads of scraps.
Great local Fish and Chip shop, the food is always piping hot and delicious. Great service from pleasant staff. What more do you need......oooh, mushy peas!

The best chippy chicken nuggets I have ever had. After a long journey home and having no motivation to cook, it was a perfect chippy tea, will be back soon for more nuggets chips and curry sauce.
Just recently changed hands and getting better .. Great young enthusiastic team offering fantastic service and fish & chips. Whilst dealing with pans down and managerial change they just keep smiling and serving .. A traditional chippy thriving in a period of transition... Cheap as chips as well ..
On a short break in Yorkshire and wanted to have traditional Yorkshire made fish and chips. Not disappointed. The fish was cooked to perfection with lovely crisp tasty batter and hot fresh chips. They don't do fish and chips like this down South.

In Boroughbridge for a long weekend. I had fish and chips, my partner scampi and chips, which she said was delicious. The fish I had was possibly the best I've ever had,and being originally from Yorkshire I've had a lot of nice fish and chips!
I travelled nearly 300 miles for my fish and chips today. The best fish and chips in the country! I always visit when visiting this area to see family.
Fantastic fish and chips, the chips where so good, a luvly size and and light and fluffy on the inside.... The fish was beautiful and crispy light batter... quick service to... well done we will be back, they were worth the up in price to cover costs......
Exquisite fish & chips! Ordered 2 specials half an hour ahead (as we invariably find they've run out of this big portion of we just turn up!) and they were ready on time and just so tasty.
