This review is for the staff, they are excellent! I popped in quickly at 9pm today (hottest day of the year so far) and they had been extremely busy all day. It was a really nice environment to have a chat up with friends and family . The customer service was 10/10. They were so nice an d accommodating. Definitely going there again.
The food is better when you eat in compared to a takeaway. The staff were really helpful when we attended and the resteraunt is very clean and well maintained.
Took 4 kids including one with peanut allergy. Helpful friendly staff, the cookie dough was probably baked a bit too long (the one in Watford had softer one) but super tasty. Shame about the single use plastic for the milkshakes. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

I’ve just been into creams Borehamwood with my daughter to get a couple of takeaway ice creams. The nicest guy was behind the counter - very thirsty little girl so he gave us iced water. It’s little things like this that make you return and recommend to friends. Top marks.
