My regular for the Friday pizza night. Taste's good, pizza is almost always fresh, and no complains about the staff. We love it!
I would like to give Ajay a massive thank you, for making our Christmas pizza so special. Not only were his pizzas perfect, but the guy was so friendly and welcoming. Would love to give Ajay 10 stars if I could. This branch is lucky to have him and heโs an asset to the company ๐๐๐
Great pizza, definitely would recommend to anyone looking for pizza in the Borehamwood area! Papa Johns has the right ratio of cheez to crust and the dips are second to none.
Will definitely be looking to order again soon.

Good value meal deals and the sides are great. Good selection of toppings, sides and desserts. Like the points system so you can put towards extras. Fast and friendly delivery. App works well too.

Amazing pizza.. Had gone to visit my family in Borehamwood from Swindon and my kid's just thought of having a pizza at papa John's.. I will say that a great order takers with very friendly voice.. great service.. very hot pizza with lovely toppings.. My kid's really liked the pizza.. Thanks to the staff and managers! Good staff with Better ingredients makes a better quality pizza!
Absolutely awful customer service from this branch from Muhammad Waris (who is the assistant manager, interesting how he's reviewed this himself to bump up the review rating). Received a substandard pizza, was refused a replacement as per the quality guarantee. Fobbed off, and when we requested to speak to someone senior, we were told no one was available. Avoid at all costs, go to the St Albans branch instead - the manager there offered a replacement immediately despite having nothing to do with the original order.
EDIT 7/2/18 - Its only fair to revisit this review now the management has changed. Service is back up to the standard you would expect, the nasty attitude has now gone. Well done for turning things around
Very good place to get your pizza deals need to to get the time sorted out as I came here about out 10 ish and it said it was closed at 11 when on Google it says they close about 12 in the morning so something needs to be done about that but apart from that they got great deals and they got great pizza coming on and then started to Great and then that's a lovely would be coming back again soon when I crave my pizza
Great pizza! Every time I have ordered here, pizza is always fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this Papa Johns if youโre going to order pizza. Also the deliverers are always friendly!
Great customer service. The Vegan pizza was delicious. Definitely this is my favourite place.
