Lovely pub! We went for dinner whilst staying in the area. We all enjoyed the food, waitresses were all lovely and although we didn't bring our dog, it's great that they do allow dogs 😀
We planned our trip to Boot Inn to coincide with a walk from Wasdale Head on Easter Sunday. After our 5 mile trek it was great to be welcomed to this friendly pub. We were originally booked to eat inside but opted to sit in the pub garden as it was a lovely day. I had the beef and my partner had the
We stayed at the nearby NT campsite, went for a walk with the dog and finished off with a pint and a packet of crisps - glorious. Whilst there booked for an evening meal. Service was fantastic, food was brilliant, beer smashing and Snoop Dawg was allowed in too. I can highly recommend this place and

We blew a tyre up the mountain and a local took us to The Boot Inn. We honestly couldn’t have ended up at a better pub! Such a quaint, cosy, traditionally English pub. The owners were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful! The food was fantastic and the options on the menu were refre
