Unreal food. Fairly priced. The special jerk chicken and ribs was genuinely incredible and were happy to swap my rice for chips, the juiciest chicken I've had in a long time and amazing flavour on both. £33 for two meals and a kids meal with drinks. Can't complain at all. Staff were sound. Wacky Warehouse attached and a fiver for 90 minutes, deal on for summer £14 for the whole six weeks school holidays with a fruit shoot on certain visits. Definitely recommend. 10/10.
First time here in years . Nice , friendly staff, great food & atmosphere . Only criticism is menus / tables could do with a wipe down after every sitting. They were filthy. 30 second job. Other than that , enjoyable lunch with loads of choice
Came here for tea last night was very busy but the staff was brilliant couldn't of asked for better service. Was told it was an hour wait for a table however a lovely lady found us one pretty much straight away. Then food was going to be 45 minutes I was with my partner and two children. A member of staff heard my children say they wanted their tea and they brought them a bowl of chips and hurried their tea up. Wait was only about 30 min. Service was 10 out of 10 could not of asked for better. Thankyou guys your doing a brilliant job.
Have been here lots of times and always get warm friendly service. I particularly enjoy the chicken New Yorker off the menu.

Fantastic time at a private BB session at the Wacky, kids had a great time. Loved the new Tandoori Chicken Sizzler on the menu, definitely will be ordering again. Service was fab and as always every time we come Vicky was a super star
I brought a group of Rainbows to Wacky Warehouse. The staff are AMAZING! Always more than accommodating and look after us year in year out going above and beyond to make the experience great for our girls.
Food is always good quality too. I had the Mexican salad which was delicious!
This is why we return year after year.
I have also been with my own family and Grandchildren and always had a good meal too
Girls toilets need sorting in Wacky Warehouse though please as it’s a bit of an issue when you take 18 of them!
play staff was brilliant. I ordered food and the service wasn't great. when dining as a family, you expect all food out at the same time as ordered at the same time. this was not the case. one of my boys had to wait 20 minutes longer for his food then everyone else which is unacceptable.
Stopped for food with friends. 2 of which have severe food allergies. Staff went out of the way to ensure food was safe and came out to inform us when unfortunately some cross contamination occurred so we could make changes to one of the orders, despite this food still arrived promptly. Everyone enjoyed the food and drinks and would visit again

Me and my friend went for a late tea. It was about 8:30 when we got there. When we arrived, we were greeted by the Manager Hannah who was lovely and then then the drinks order was completed by Jacob whose manner behind the bar, I could not fault. The restaurant was fairly empty but the bar area busy due to United playing. We wanted to watch the match and although they had cleaned all the booths with the TV's in, Hannah was more than happy to accommodate and switched the TV back on in the booth and set us up the enjoy our tea while watching the game.
Our food was brought by James, so polite and courteous and if we needed anything more, he was happy to assist. We asked him a couple of questions about ordering desert because thus would be after the cut off time for serving food and he was lovely when advising that because we have eaten, we could still order after 9pm.
We finished out food and went to the bar to order desert and was served by Ash, I could decide what I wanted so asked his opinion and Hannah's, the chocolate was a no brainer after finding out this would be their choice also. Ash was very bubbly and polite.
All in all, the customer service from Hannah, Ash, Jacob and James was second to none. We all know hospitality can take its toll, especially when you are coming to the end of your shift, but these 4 were a pleasure you interact with and even if any part of their shift that day had been particularly hard, you could not tell at all. I've had good and bad experiences at the Red Lion previously, but this visit was the best one yet :)

Lovely meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Staff were great. The only downside was the car park was full to bursting
Already had breakfast and early evening meal at the Red Lion, today we had lunch and as before not disappointed. Food has been excellent every time we've eaten there. Staff are welcoming and friendly but not over the top. Very clean and would recommend this pub to everyone
