This was a really nice pub, quirky deco and great staff. The food was really yummy! We had the 'porky pit' burger and fried chicken dishes. Nice to see a variety of Gluten free options too on the menu. Definitely recommend 👌
Great find gave it a try from our usual place and so glad we went, the food was fantastic the staff so lovely and friendly. Disappointed we didnt have room for a pudding in the end too stuffed. Maybe next time and loved the fact my pooch was able to join us. Thanks we will be back 😊
Ate here for the first time tonight. We had been to see our daughter and her partner's new home, and ate here because I'd heard good reports about the vegan options. Stupidly, hadn't thought to book and the restaurant was really busy, but good lively atmosphere. We were looked after incredibly wel
Loved the atmosphere unfortunately they do not do cashback but do not let that stop you. Seriously enjoyed the brewing ipa ale
Nice place to go for food and drinks..staff polite and friendly has a lovely atmosphere and the food menu has something for everybody
Called for a quick drink that turned into a little bite to eat 😂 Was quite busy, but quickly served. Will call again to sample more of the menu.
Amazing food and really good for kids. Great atmosphere and the service was fast and spot on.
Busy and popular railway themed pub. Open plan feel with restaurant and bar areas. The latter is dog friendly and serves food. Bar tables are on a 1st come 1st served basis and cannot be reserved. Order at the bar and food/drinks are delivered to your table. Excellent and friendly service. Eas
Popped in on the off chance that they would still be serving food and very glad we did. Very friendly and helpful staff, an excellent hearty meal and very good service. Beer was good too! Well done to everyone at the Railway!
They've turned an old pub into an attractive, themed gastro pub. Steam engine sound effects in the toilet! Good food as reported by others with me, but my burger was a bit dry as if it had been cooked a while ago and kept warm. Not the cheapest place to eat and drink but worth a visit.
A great pub overall. Well priced, food served in good time and big plates of good tasting food. An observation more than problem, the starter portions are really large, possibly too large, and the children's mains are no different than adult sizes
Food was good and service was reasonable. I would go again. I like that it's dog friendly and the quirky rail- related decor is a nice touch. The loos are delightful, with train sounds and other railway paraphernalia. Definitely think they should take the goats cheese out of the cheese pie, pie was
Great experience for breakfast in Father's Day, lovely food and a pleasant atmosphere. Drinks did take a while but they were busy at the time. Would definitely visit again.
Fabulous meal, in gorgeous characterful modern style pub- restaurant. Not too fancy but very tasty food, reasonable prices. Great friendly customer service & not long to wait for food either.
