Well done and a big Thank you to the staff member who seen my daughter revising for her GCSE's and brought her a frapuchino and asked her about exams and told her not to worry!! Her kindness touched my daughter and myself.....
Pleasant place inside the cinema complex to sit and have a drink. Nice big windows which bring in lots of sunlight and heat, especially in the summer months. Unfortunately like other coffee houses Starbucks is expensive. It is also a shame they don’t sell small bottles of beer & wine as an alternative to always having coffee’s,etc!
Staff are friendly and polite.
Who doesn't love Starbucks .. what's great about this one is it's huge and the massive windows are perfect for staring out of to watch the world go by!

Nice location situated on first floor inside Cineworld. Pleasant view of Boldon Retail Park. Great coffee and eats. Love it.
Standard Starbucks coffee shop, just inside the cinema..
Use boldon quite a lot and find the staff very friendly. Starbucks is not a cheap place so it's a treat for me and my partner. We like to sit in and relax but with the recent hot weather it's been impossible to sit in there because of the stifling heat in there. It's shocking that there's no aircon. It's basic stuff. Id hate to have to work in there, it's upper floor and heat rises. Get it sorted Starbucks
Great drive through ,only one part of the order wrong ,but iced latte probably worked out better in the mid day sun haha ...the staff were friendly and the toasty was delicious ...price hurt more than the wrong drink however
