Recently came to Nando’s and waitress spilled a full drink over my son. Accident of course. They mentioned next time we come in to mention it and my son will get a meal free of charge. So, came in and gave the whole meal for us all free of charge. Well played Nando’s, well played. They might has lost a little profit on this visit, but restored my faith in excellent customer service. Full redemption Nando’s �
First time I had been to Nando at Boldon and the staff and service were outstanding so friendly and helpful it was a pleasure to go in. The food was amazing and it won't be the last time i visit this place
Our very first visit to a Nando's restraunt. Lovely young lady showed us to our table and explained the menu , showed us where the drinks machine, cutlery, napkins etc were. Enjoyed our meal very much then the aforementioned young lady came over and told us that as it was our first visit to a Nando's would we like a complimentary dessert which she packed up for us along with portions of cream to take home as we were rather full. What a lovely gesture! Wish I could recall the young ladies name. Well done Nando's. Will return very soon.
Good service despite being busy & special thanks to Jac today for being so helpful with vegan options (had the veggie burger with Mediterranean salad minus the feta). Food as tasty as always, the humous with peri peri drizzle is delicious & our fave!

One of the best Nando’s I have visited. The food was great (especially the halloumi!) and the interior design is fantastic. Lovely staff and in a convenient spot. Perfect place to have some food after watching a movie next door! I would definitely recommend this Nando’s.

What happened here? Used to be a lovely service and amazing atmosphere. Came today and took 50 mins for food, with only 6 tables filled. When the food hit the table it was dry and the plate was on fire suggesting it had been sat under a warming lamp, meanwhile the AC was blasting and it was freezing cold. To top it off the guy who served me messed up the order and I didn't get my pepper... not a good time this time 😔
It's a good Nandos. Plenty of seating and parking. Perfect for a bite to eat before the cinema. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is the size of the thighs. I just think they're getting smaller so they put more chips on as you can see. KFC is the same, must be the chickens here. Anyway, I digress, you'll get fed here. Nice spot.
Arrived around 1630 . Was greeted by a manager I guess with a diferent shirt to the rest , very polite and friendly . Offered a choice of seats. Have to say the chap behind the till was really friendly and chatty . I nearly forgot my nandos card to swipe if it wasn't for him so thx for asking. Chap made it a pleasant interaction. Love that when people that do the same thing again and again and can still show an interest in the customer and be energetic . Repect 🙏, he was also cooking the food as well, busiest man in the store . Wish I got his name . He was tall and black skinned.
Love nandos the chicken is cooked well and flavoursome, There are even some reasonably healthy options if you are on a strict eating plan, like me (slimming world) we had the butterfly chicken then remove the skin with rice, peas or corn on the cob. This one is good, does get a little busy at times but plenty free parking and the staff are pretty friendly. Handy for a nice evening out and pictures next door. 👍👍 Happy days 👌☺️ don't forget 10 percent NHS discount if you have it. Bring your ID.
Decent spot for a Nandos. We ordered through the app and food came at a decent speed. Chicken was really soft and tender, both breast and thigh. Sides were good. For the price it was a decent meal.
Very busy today but service still good. Probably the best Nandos in the area for food quality and also easy on weight watchers!
Typical Nandos but good service and good food, got a table straight away, but soon got busy, only thing i have against it is that the tables are a bit to close together. Will be going back.
Good location next to the cinema perfect for some food after or before a movie and plenty of parking around.
