Went for dinner on Sunday evening while at Butlins. Was busy and didn't have a booking ahead. Service was great and were sitted immediately. Food was π. Had halloumi and avocado wrap, burger and chicken wrap, olus chickenpopcorn. Didn't have time for desert unfortunately, but next table had some and they were looking yum.
Menu was interesting and different but very functional and easy to construct your choices.
Would happily return.

Hospitality: 5/5 ordering is automated by doing it through the butlins app. (Unsure if table order is available). Chefs are very fast with food preparation. Quite amazed.
Food: 5/5 I had boneless chicken thights coated in a smokey garlic sauce; (a side of garlic bread). Cook professionally a would recommend.
One of My relatives had chicken thigh that was amazing.
For desert we all had a billionaire cheesecake; which; (my opinion); is always a marvell to have. π
Building: 5/5 the layout is very well fitted and designed around the theme of the restaurant. The kitchen allows for people to sit in a watch the chefs at work. π©βπ³

Good food, polite staff, but SLOW service. Took a while to get seated, and ages for my order to be taken - despite not being busy at all. Meal could have done with some veg !
Would eat here again but hopefully comments will lead to improvements.
Visited the firehouse Sunday 4th June. 4 adults 4 children, no fuss on arrival, staff very welcoming.

Good value for the quality and quantity received. Waiting staff were excellent, where we were sitting the kids could see the kitchen staff who were friendly enough to interact and smile back as the kids were peeking over the seats.
Atmosphere
It was reasonably quiet as it was such a lovely day out but busy enough to not feel empty.
Would certainly recomend visiting.

Ordered a sharing platter chicken was tasty and succulent not dry at all, fries where perfectly cooked and cheesy garlic bread was spot on. For a smaller plate would recommend the buttermilk chicken.
Seated quickly and despite looking busy drinks arrived almost instantly after ordering & food was delivered within 30mins.
Our Servers Kadie (and I flamboyant guy i didn't get the name of) were polite, happy and friendly and on point. Refillable drinks were topped up in good time.
Venue was clean and well presented, with empty tables cleaned down promptly.
Would definitely recommend and would come back again.
We stayed at butlins for 3 nights and ate here for 2 of them! Very family friendly with colouring in packs for the kids abs dedicated kids menu. When you order you can have all the various different sauces/marinades for your chicken (depending on what you have). The staff were all very friendly and the table service with the app just makes the whole process so much easier. We didnβt have to wait too long for our food and it all tasted fab! Would come here again no problem!!

This restaurant is completely amazing!! I've visited this restaurant a few times with my wife and 2 children and every time we visit, the Manager and the Staff are always really friendly, supportive and very caring. The food is well cooked and the dessert is soo delicious.
Furthermore, their lovely Staff Member called Elise has world class people skills and customer service skills. Elise is very joyful, patient, kindhearted and very caring. My 2 boys really enjoyed talking and interacting with her. Elise always smiles at customers and she is always happy to serve. Even during the busy times/periods, Elise still kept such great composure with a great attitude whilst working under pressure and she still made sure that she was always attentive to me and my family. In addition, I strongly recommend that Elise should definitely be promoted.
The Manager and the Staff here really do give their hearts into making sure that they're a world class experience to me and my family

Been to this restaurant twice on our holiday so far. We are a table of 9 each. Both visits all food has been lovely no trouble ordering and everything has come out correct. Mike and his team at the firehouse are great and they have gone above and beyond to make sure we was ok. Highly recommend.
Have eaten here twice this week, hard to get a table anywhere in the evening unless you are on the dine around thing which you can't book if you leave it late. But got in here no bother. Really nice food, good value, but the best thing is great customer service. Shout out to Eliseand Chelsea who are fab.
