Can't believe the service I just recieved. Ordered at 22:32 and got to the restaurant at 22:45 as to not make them wait past their schdueled shifts. Got asked for my name and gave it to her said it'll be a couple minutes about 40 minutes later sitting in the restaurant I'm told my order was given to

Extremely poor customer service to whoever is on shift this evening (11/03/22) we walked in to collect our pizza’s and were looked at like we were dirt. There are graveyards with more life. When we said thank you, the young girl didn’t even make eye contact.

Used several times before, tracker claims to be delivered and takes 2 or 3 hours. Paid extra for a large stuffed crust and got medium stuffed crust.

Always messing up the orders, forgetting half if not more of our order, missing dips, slow service. Had so many missing items from our order I have no faith in this store anymore, very dissapointing.

Very poor and extremely rude customer service, spoke to a lady on the phone as it said out for delivery for over 20 mins she didn’t even care to help me and didn’t care if my food was cold, will no longer use bognor brunch but will drive somewhere else

Well, thanks for that. And for the lack of sauce. And for normal garlic sauce with vegan pizza. And charcoal black mushrooms. Appreciate it.

Only pizza place we go to always have a deal on and very good pizza
